Love the look and feel of this watch. It does what I want which is track my steps. I knocked off a star because it only connects with the the keep health app. I only bought this to count my steps for a challenge at work and the keep health app isn't compatible with the challenge within castlight. I guess I assumed it would be available via Bluetooth for one of the 10 apps available in the challenge but it's not. You can't even see it via Bluetooth on your phone but the keep health apps immediately sees it and connects which is odd. Either way the app and watch work great but I just manually go in and add my steps each day which is frustrating and why I knocked off a star. I still recommend since the price was phenomenal for what this is and I love the options of the different faces and sleekness of the watch. I have no clue on the accuracy but I found it easy to use and I am happy. ... show more

    • Surprisingly Sleek, Does Not Accurately Track Sleep

Beautiful fitness watch that doesn't look all that much bulkier than my old Fitbit Luxe. It's slightly larger all-around, but is surprisingly sleek. Seems well made. Steps, heart rate, blood pressure etc. all seem to be fairly accurate. At first, it was wildly off on recording sleep (I was awake several hours in the middle of the night and it didn't record it) but I made some changes to how I was wearing it and the next night's sleep metrics seemed better. I tightened the band to ensure the sensor had good contact with my skin throughout the night and I moved it to one finger width between wrist bone and the watch (before it was higher up and at least two finger widths above wrist bone). That said, on the second night it did NOT record a full two hour period where I was awake in the middle of the night. Instead, it just reported two hours more sleep than I actually got. Since sleep tracking was my primary reason for buying this fitness watch, I will need to return it. Also, after tightening the band in an attempt to get better sleep tracking, by the second day my skin was itching and uncomfortable under the sensor. Had to take it off. My old fitbit luxe, even worn not super tight, was very accurate on sleep tracking, so the issue with this one is either the software or the sensor itself. ... show more
