This watch replaced one I spent over $140 for. It’s much more accurate and being so small, more comfortable to wear. The blood pressure is off a little but everything is is spot on. The more expensive watch I had was useless as everything was far from accurate. I highly recommend this watch. My only wish is that it had a removable band so I could switch it out.

I have recently started on my fitness journey again, and I find that having something that keeps me accountable helps me. This watch is cute and the color stylish and absolutely my style. It easily synched up with the app and was quick to set up. I can move between settings to see my blood oxygen, blood pressure, heart rate, track my steps, and even track the calories burned. You can change the watch face and even customize it to be something unique to you. It tracked my sleep from what I can tell fairly accurate, and I love the little water reminders throughout the day. The app is simple and straightforward. The only thing is the step counter can sometimes seem off but they note in the instructions that it can be off if you swing your arms, which I am an arm swinger when I walk. It doesn't seem too off though and still keeps me motivated to keep moving and working.

I bought this watch only for the step tracking, which is inaccurate. I would put it on in the morning and before I started moving it would already have anywhere from 30-100 steps recorded, it does also not sync with the health app on the iPhone to record steps. It has its own app, which is absolutely useless. You can’t record workouts. Heart rate, temp, and blood pressure ratings are also wildly inaccurate. The only good thing about it is that it’s stylish, but it does not serve its purpose. Also, when you link it to your phone and get app notifications it will repeat certain notifications even if you have already acknowledged them. Waste of money.
