I am actually very impressed with this watch. It works better then I expected. The phone on it works great very clear on both sides. Also impressed with speaker while listing to music. You can also ask it anything like google, Siri etc. I love that you can change the display lots of watch faces to choose from. Was easy to set up even though the directions don’t tell much. Battery seems to last all day. This watch does more then I expected. It also looks nice!! I gave 4 stars cause it says you can track your blood pressure and I have yet to find that function. I bought this so I'd have a watch while waiting for Fitbit to repair my usual fitness tracker. I've been using the D36 for a few days and it's so much better than the Fitbit Charge 5! It has so many more features. It works so much better than the Fitbit. I've not had to contact their support so I don't know how that is but it couldn't be much worse or slower than Fitbit's support! It's a bit chunkier than Fitbit's Charge 5. The rise to wake feature is so sensitive I have to make sure it's off at night to not wake myself moving around. I haven't tested the waterproof feature. Steps-wise for the same distance it seems to log a slightly lower number of steps than the Fitbit Charge 5 but I don't know which device is more correct. I liked it at firs because it was cute, but would not charge so only lasted me a week. Charged fine when I first opened but second charging it didn’t work at all. Step count was also off (I compared to my iPhone) and there’s the little issue of having to download and give permission to a Chinese app to track your every move. Sketchy. Be careful wearing when washing your hands. I usually move the watch away, but I notice after a few days when I get phone calls the watch doesn't ring Everything else works and I purchased it for steps. So it's okay 👍 I'm not sure if it got wet or not be careful 🤔 😅 Best Paula

Easy to set up and sync with phone . Watch/App easy to navigate. Not sure about accuracy of BP, heart rate, or step counts. Was able to compare 0xygen levels-accurate. Serves my needs for basic health info.
