What I was looking for was a fitness tracker, (step counter, pulse tracker, maybe blood pressure monitor), but I did not want to spend $50 or more. I have 2 regular watches that work fine. After many days searching and contemplating what I wanted to do, I found this one. I have never heard of this company before, I was a little sceptical. It works fine, although I'm questioning it's accuracy. First I had the watch on and my iphone was on my belt with pedometer app. before I got out of my truck, I wrote down the number of steps, each had counted. I decided to walk around the mall. I walked two laps around the two floors (4 laps), then back to my truck. The watch had 500 more steps than the pedometer on my phone. The pulse meter seems to be quite accurate. Only a couple of beats difference between my blood pressure cuff and the watch. The sleep tracking is what I am having trouble believing. The times it says I feel asleep and woke up seems later than when I feel I fell asleep and woke up. I am not really concerned with the sleep tracker. The battery life is not bad. So far, I have charged it after 4 days, because I was afraid it would run put of battery while I was at work. I am no trilled with the fact it comes on when I raise my arm, even though I am not looking to see what time it is. If I raise my arm for any reason, the watch "wakes up". It stays on for a couple of seconds, but, over the course of the day (and night while I sleep) I'm guessing would tend to wear down the battery. The Bluetooth range seems very short. I work in retail sales, my phone stays in my locker in the back room. I do not get any notifications on the watch of phone calls or text messages while I am on the sales floor. I have the alarm off, but, if I am with in range the watch does vibrate when I get a text message or phone call. You can set the alarm for wake up and bed time. Overall, I am happy with this watch. UPDATE: It is not a step counter, or not ONLY a step counter. I put this watch on in the morning. I left for work. As I returned home from work, backing down my driveway, I received a notification on my watch. It said I just walking 2 miles. I am in my truck, I just backed down my driveway, I haven't turned off my truck and, I just completed 2 miles? I think it is counting arm movements. So, I guess the only good thing about this watch is the "watch" part and heart rate monitor. I do not believe the sleep tracker or step tracker.

This watch is an incredible value. Nice looking apple watch dupe, fully waterproof, (i shower with it on and swim) excellent heartrate monitor. One can set their own daily baseline mileage, step, and calorie burn (cals burned ON TOP of BMR) and the watch accurately tracks your data based on movement for mileage and impact for steps. The watch combines real-time heartrate data and steps to give an accurate calorie burn estimate once youve set your sex, age, and weight in the app. Im very active and this watch has been the missing link for tracking accurate calorie burn/consumption when cutting fat for me. It makes all the difference between religiously following one’s previously laid out meal plan to your own detriment VS eating that slice of pizza (or cup of oatmeal) when youve hiked 8 miles and can afford it while still maintaining your calorie deficit. The watch has been razor accurate on my sleep data, HR data, and step data. It must be worn TIGHT to get an accurate heartrate monitor in real-time. LCD display is low-tech, but adequate. This is not for you if you’re expecting advanced functionality and apple watch advanced functions. Come on people, its $35. I’ve checked the heartrate monitor while spinning against a polar chest-HRM and it was 1:1, but i still use the polar when doing cardio. I hike frequently and steps and mileage have matched perfectly with posted trail distances. Watch can receive SMS and change tracks on Spotify. Those are the only phone connections i use besides the app. I am anti-tech during rest times so i do not want to receive calls or texts on my watch when i have quarantined my phone on airplane mode in my living rom to charge overnight. This watch is perfect for me and for people with similar preferences. It took me a few minutes to find the right app in the app store, and i downloaded the wrong one first- but the correct one is called “veryfit pro” with an orange icon. You MUST sync the watch MANUALLY at least every 7 days or you will lose representative activity data in your app graph. Once you have synced it it stays forever. This is the ONLY downside of the product IMO. However, if youre paying any attention at all this shouldn’t be a problem. This watch has solved all the complex issue of managing changing nutrition needs flexibly while maintaining fat loss on a cut when activity levels can be drastically different from day to day. Perfect for serious athletes, bodybuilders, or people pursuing fat loss, who also don’t want to spend $500 for a wrist cellphone. Highly recommend.

I give this watch 4 stars.. It doesn’t synch to Apple Health to record my steps. I usually have to calculate the steps on the watch and add them to my existing steps on AH. Battery life is good. I’m just charging it after having it for five days Just a tip, if you’re not a reader like me, swipe up and down and back forth to find all the applications on the watch. It took me a couple days to find everything. That’s my fault because I didn’t read the manual. Lot of cool things this little watch can do.

We purchased this watch as a starter watch for our son. He loves it and often shares his step count for the day with us. I really appreciate the fact that he can answer his own question of "What time is it MOM!" now that he has a watch. Unfortunately, the watch started glitching (locked screens) and interface about 3 months after we purchased it. I reached out to Fitpolo customer services and they immediately responded. I explained my issues, sent them a video, and received a new replacement. Their customer service was greatly appreciated and I am now glad to report that I am no longer answering my son's question about time.
