My daughter now wears it to class and during exercise, which has helped her develop a more regular routine and also helps track her activity levels. At first, she just wore it because it looked nice, but after using it for a while, it became a habit, and now she almost always wears it when she goes out. When she's at school, it receives message reminders, so she doesn't have to constantly check her phone, which is convenient and less distracting for her. During exercise classes, it also tracks her steps and activity levels, and she shares her progress with me when she gets home, sharing how many steps she took and whether she met her activity goals, which has gradually become a small sense of accomplishment. She also wears it to bed at night and checks her sleep log in the morning, helping her to develop a sense of routine.
