Not something I expected most things from Amazon work. I guess this was just the exception it wouldn't charge it wouldn't turn on so I returned it and it's on its way back as we speak hopefully to be there they sent me a label but it was a label for UPS. So I took it to the post office and it cost me $5.50 to ship it back. Hopefully they'll receive within the next couple of days and I'll get a credit on my account not satisfied at all with the product

Bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day. First of all, (like many other Chinese products) the instructions are pure gibberish. Not at all helpful. To charge the battery, you have to tug and pull on the wristband not knowing if it will break. We charged the battery for several hours and it wouldn’t power up. Frustrated, it is getting returned to Amazon. Also, the “instructions” were wet and smelled like rubbing alcohol. No visible moisture on the shipping carton nor on the watch. Made me concerned what exactly was soaked on the instructions.

I looked at the video describing this product and I found it very compelling. This is my first fitness tracker so I wasn’t quick sure what to expect. The user manual is not written for the novice. The device arrived without andowny charge, so it was confusing to me when there was no response from the device whatsoever when I plug it in to get charged. No vibration, nothing showing on the display indicating the device was charging. I thought the device had arrived DOA. However, I left it charging and after several minutes, I unplugged it and it showed signs of life. I downloaded the app and that went smoothly. I eventually got the device and app to sync as well as a Bluetooth connection to my phone established. The user manual reference a “button” to press, but I did not see any button and there was no indication exactly where the “button” was. I had to experiment to find the touch sensitive area on the face of the watch…a learning curve that I had to go through. There is still plenty for me to learn, but I was able to get the basic of time, weather, heart rate, blood oxygen, messaging, body temperature, and blood pressure to function. The challenges of the learning curve, the lacking of details in certain of operation in the user manual, and charging challenges, lead me to deduct a star rating from this product. I have had to experiment basically on my own to understand the operation of the device. The user manual is written in very, very small typeface adding to challenges. I had to take pictures of each page and expand them to read them clearly. Even with “younger eyes” I would have found the typeface hard to read. With all that said, the pricing is amazing for what the device attempts to achieve. Blood pressure readings taken from the wrist are notoriously inaccurate and I found discrepancies from my medical blood pressure device, my pulse oximeter. Body temperature matched my medical device.

At this price you can't expect a Fitbit or Garmin. My wife likes the slim trackers like this, and she likes the white band. I'm not a fan of the charging method. You pull off one side of the strap to expose contacts that plug into a USB A socket. Its clever and it works but its a pain. On the other hand other inexpensive bands that have clip on cords often aren't reliable. Wireless charging or magnetic cords are best but at this price I don't expect everything. The standard face is OK. My gripe with others (including the name brand) is that they often don't display the step count on the face. My UI gripe for this watch is that you have to scroll through all of the option screens because there's only one gesture. The app is typical of the inexpensive trackers, its actually not bad at all (at least the Android version). All in all this is an inexpensive tracker. Its good for my wife who really only cares about steps, and wears a tracker when gardening (so they get trashed whatever she spends). The other functions all work, with varying degrees of accuracy.
