It's a very thin and lightweight watch and doesn't feel bulky. Great for the minimalist. To go along with that theme, you control the watch with a single touch to turn on and off, resume from standby, toggle through each setting and to enable and disable options all with just a single touch button/area. It has a lot of good features such as step counter, body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure (this one is really unique as I don't see it often in other watches and you don't have to use those painful machines to squeeze your arm), oxygen, sleep tracking and workout tracking. The touch response is very fast and smooth. It's really easy to charge with the magnet connector. When the watch goes into silent mode (black screen) and you resume, it goes back to the main screen so you always have to toggle back to whatever feature you were looking at before, but since the menu is short, it's very fast to go back. It's been really useful so far!

The readings on this app are inaccurate. Apart from the step count and maybe sleep tracking, everything else is off. I did a 30-minute stair climber workout at speed 8; the machine showed 231 calories burned but this app only showed 107, after syncing which is highly inaccurate. My step count was also incorrect. I’ll most likely be returning it because you can’t rely on this to track any serious vital signs.

I just got this watch/tracker 3 days ago and the battery is still fully charged. This health tracking watch is amazing and is packed with features for it to be so small. One thing that it does that no one mentions is it can also tell you your body temp. It's durable, tells your heart rate, sleep rate, blood oxygen, and also can remind you to drink water. This tracker in my opinion for as much as it does is well worth the price and highly recommend it to anyone.
