I got this through third party, not on Amazon. Pros: 1) easy to slide around once installed. My garage does have smooth cement floors but I can easily slide it from the corner to the middle of the garage with ease 2) I like the spotters. I know it is slightly Angeles downward, but the degree of the angle with the rubber patting actually makes the bar roll very slowly which was an unexpected surprise. I assumed it was going to slide down hard onto the frame but it did not. And my bar is pretty smooth. 3) landmine attachment is so amazing. It really increases the variety of work outs. One of my favorite things 4) very easy to install, took less than an hour, but you do need the appropriate tools. Which are common. It does come with a wrench..but it will take you a longer time. Con) pull up bar has holes in it, still not sure why, but it can hurt your hands if you are not wearing gloves This isn't really a con, but again the frame is light enough to move around. With that said, the resistant bad attachment can cause the frame to easily slide towards you, unless you bolt the frame onto the floor or just have ton of weight on it. Summary: great if you need a heavy duty rack but not take up too much space. If you need it to move around you don't need to bolt it onto the floor. Again I dont know how easy it would be to slide around on carpet or other flooring. But my cement floor can easily slide. And it easily catches my bar very steadily. ... show more
