I am a retired medical device engineer so am very interested in the new technologies that are starting to be available, and this new Smart Health Ring is a winner. My primary desires are an accurate step counter as I am a docent at a famous garden and wish to know my steps and calories, my second hope is an accurate sleep monitor and this ring hits all the bells and more. I find the step counter more accurate than any I have previously tried including a Fitbit One. The sleep monitor is quite detailed and includes REM sleep. The heart rate, blood oxygen, and temperature measurements are very accurate compared to my stand-alone measurement devices. I did find the blood pressure monitor to be inaccurate but was pleasantly surprised the inaccuracies were very consistent. This allowed me to merely add a number to the systolic and diastolic reading and be nearly as accurate as my Omron machine, quite happy with that. The reading that most surprised me for accuracies is the Stress meter. It is something new for me and seems to be right on spot. And a big, big winner is no monthly dues. For the price, quality and measurements I highly recommend this ring.

I’ve had to return 2 other brand rings. This ring actually works. I have a digital blood pressure cuff and this ring is really close to the read out of my bp monitor. It also more accurately measured my heart rate. At 1st I was concerned it didn’t work, but I just needed to charge the ring. Also, there was no bp tab. There was a woman’s health tab that I have no need for. When I deleted that tab all the other tabs popped up with blood pressure and several other tabs. Now that I figured it out, I love it! A week later it reads my BP the same every day. All these rings aren’t worth the money. This is my 3rd , different brands, they all can’t do BP. If you look at oura they don’t even do BP at $350 .

Since it’s been so hot lately. I wanted something lighter than my usual fitness tracker to keep up with my 10,000 step goal. The ring looks like a normal silver ring. It’s light and sits comfortably on my finger. I originally thought it’d fit my middle finger, but it was a tad small, so I wear it on my ring finger now, and it’s fine. There’s a tiny green light inside that scans your stats, but it’s hidden well. I’ve worn it while cooking, washing my face, lifting groceries, and it doesn’t scratch my skin or slip off. Function wise, it syncs with a phone app to track steps, sleep, and calories burned. The app’s interface is clean and simple. I like checking my sleep data in the morning or seeing how many steps I’ve racked up after a walk. Compared to my fitness tracker, my wrist feels freer, and I can pair it with more bracelets. Now, the downside, is the battery life. I have to charge it every two days, so I miss out on sleep tracking some nights. I pop it into its little charging case, which is easy to use as long as you line up the charging part right. My fitness tracker lasted way longer, so that’s a bummer. Also, it doesn’t get hot, but I wish the size options were a bit more flexible for different fingers.

I didn’t want a gadget that buzzes every second or floods me with alerts. This one just does its job quietly and lets me check stats when I feel like it. I mostly care about heart rate and blood oxygen, and it’s been giving consistent readings. Tried it on a few outdoor jogs, and it tracked my movement well without skipping a beat. I also appreciate that it stores all the info in one place. Blood pressure monitoring is there too, and I’ve already started using it more than I thought I would.

1st day review, Truthfully I was super excited to get this. Opening the box, packing was nice. Cute little white box with cut out foam for the ring and case. Came with the ring, charging ring box, charging cord for box then an additional charging cord for the ring itself. Oh also a little manual that doesn't have much information in it. The Ring was shiny, I expected it to have some weight to it. But it's light (disappointed for some reason). Seems like a cheap plastic rather. I also got the ring sizing kit before I bought this ring. By the kit I got, I wear a size 9 on my pointer finger. The ring IS TIGHT! NOW the app that is needed for the ring to work, why does it want access to ALL my phones information, contacts, messages etc...? 😐 this ring can not make calls so why? There are several features I love! Heart rate, O2, and steps. They work great and I've compared them to my hospital equipment and are spot on. Temp too. NOW the BP is NOT accurate at all. Adjusted the ring, tried another finger, still not accurate. So if thats what you are looking for then this ring isn't for you. I haven't tried the sleep tracker yet. This is a 1st day review. Will update later and let yall know my overall impression. Bad buy yall. Won't connect to my phone anymore. When it did it burned through my phones battery live. The app wanted full access to my personal information. Sending back!

I’ve been using this smart ring mainly while working out indoors—treadmill, yoga, a little bit of jump rope—and it keeps up without any trouble. It logs each workout session automatically, and the stats it shows afterward are pretty useful. I like seeing my heart rate shifts while I’m exercising and then how fast it settles when I stop. The ring fits snugly but doesn’t feel tight. One thing I didn’t expect was how often I check the app just to see how I’m doing throughout the day. It’s become a mini motivator, especially for getting my steps in.
