This ring has honestly helped me understand my sleep a whole lot better. I’ve been using smart bands for a while now, but they always felt bulky at night. The ring, on the other hand, doesn’t get in the way at all. I barely notice it’s there. The app breaks down my sleep into deep, light, REM, and awake times, and it's actually lined up pretty well with how I feel each morning. I also started using the temperature and oxygen features just out of curiosity, and now I check them regularly.

This ring does a lot in a small package. What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t require a subscription—that’s a big plus right off the bat. I’ve been using it to track my workouts, mostly treadmill and cycling indoors, and it picks things up well. The step count seems accurate too. The health tracking side is what I use most. Heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen levels, and even blood pressure—super useful to keep an eye on those throughout the day.

This is the proverbial “if there was a way to score this with a zero” type of review. It’s not so much the ring. I’m guessing it works fine. It’s the software! It’s in metric! I can’t do metric to American. And off course the settings are way inside the software. After fumbling around trying to find settings and finally finding it, I will admit to the ring being a bit loose. I’m old and have the old lady fingers: fine on the bones, but difficult over the arthritic knuckles. All in all, not a good fit for me.

This doesn’t sync with a lot of other things that I would want it to sync with, the workout tracking is pretty limited and the step count is wildly inaccurate, the sleep monitoring is also not the most accurate. The good things are that it’s nice looking and fairly comfortable to wear

It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything extra. The sleep info is interesting—it breaks everything down into different stages. One thing I really liked is the fact that I can just check my blood pressure or oxygen levels whenever I want. It stores all of it in the app and lets me look back and see how I’ve been doing. Charging it was also simple, and it lasted longer than I thought it would.

Just tried this out and it’s been surprisingly handy. The design looks sleek and fits better than I expected. I’ve been using it to track steps and heart rate mostly. It syncs with the app quickly, and I like that it doesn’t need a subscription. Sleep tracking seemed to work too—I woke up and checked it, and the data lined up with when I remembered waking up.

I have tried a couple of smart rings, but so far this one is with the least weight. The material feels good and not flimsy, but the weight is very light, and easy to wear on my finger. The charging case is also light and portable. Easy to wear this anywhere while keep an eye on the body measurements all the time.
