This fitbit works great. All features easyvto use. Would suggest using wifi to set up. Bluetooth is a little slow for set up. Love the long battery life and quick charging.

    • Why did I wait so long to get one!
I have always laughed at other people using fitness watches, because I thought, I don't need some watch to tell me I've been working my butt off! But this watch is AMAZING! It does so many useful things! And the bonus is it makes me want to exercise more, because it's fun to see your progress and compete with yourself to beat yesterday's times. I have a few glitches I still haven't figured out, like getting the weather app to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit, (nothing I tried works), and texts don't always show up as advertised, they're sporadic. But overall, I love it! And Alexa is a huge plus! She is my personal assistant! OK I have to write an update: There are some slight frustrations. I often get messages that say I am no longer connected to the internet...when I should be, if I'm using bluetooth/phone right?? Also, it's virtually impossible to change the weather app to read in Fahrenheit. I have been in touch with the factory, and nothing is working. When I swim, the screen locks and is a bit tiring to get to unlock, the double-tap on the screen doesn't work right away. Other than that, It's still a great tool.     • Angry with Fitbit and Amazon - don't purchase from Blazing Prices on Amazon
Angry with Fitbit products right now, and Amazon for allowing companies to use their site to screw you- don't purchase from Blazing Pricess!!!!! Purchased Versa3 in January 2023 from Blazing Prices on Amazon, because they had the color combination I wanted and Fitbit did not. I also purchased the extended warranty/protection plan..... Watch worked well until 2 days ago (8/21/23). It has now quit working. Factory reset does not fix the problem. Contacted Fitbit - not sure if they can or will help. This is my second fitbit. My first one was the "Ionic", which I loved, but Fitbit discontinued it because the battery explodes - great manufacturing.... Not real happy with Fitbit products right now. Will update if situation changes... Update: I filed a claim with the warranty/protection plan that was also purchased with the watch from Blazing Prices. Fitbit refuses to help. They claim that this watch was purchased from an "unauthorized dealer", even though it was bought on Amazon's site from Blazing Prices. Furthermore, the extended warranty/protection plan, which is an authentic Fitbit warranty, is evidently void according to Fitbit and they refused to honor it. When I filed a claim, it was Fitbit that responded to the claim, and then refused to honor the warranty, claiming the watch was purchased from an "unauthorized dealer". What difference does it make where the watch is purchased if an actual Fitbit warranty is purchased? Really feeling like I was scammed by Blazing Prices, Fitbit and Amazon right now. How was an authentic Fitbit warranty able to be attached and sold with a product that Fitbit claims to be "unauthorized". Will update if anything changes. But really angry right now.
