Seems like the watch was fine u til just after the 90 day warranty. The watch stopped syncing and frequently screen does not work. The company said there is nothing they can do. Paid $110 for a watch that lasts 3 months.

I loved the watch, but the charger that came with it was missing one of four magnetic prongs so I had to buy a new one for 22.00 to charge completely for use. I would appreciate maybe a credit for the charger, but otherwise am happy with my purchase.

I upgraded from the versa 2. I really wanted the added voice feature to be able to answer calls on my watch and was debating between this and a galaxy watch. What sold me on trying this watch was the battery life. I feel like fitbit can't be beat with a 5+ day battery life. I love the upgrades and how it works just like the my old one. The band is an upgrade and love the new style of it. My only complaint is the screen is a lot easier to scratch. I have had mine for 4 months and already have 2 pretty noticeable scratches. My versa 2 I worse for 3 years with no screen protector and never got a scratch. I'd considereal getting a screen protector for this model. ... show more

Bought for my mother. We purchased a cheaper off brand watch before thus one and she didn't like that so we upgraded. She said it's way more comfortable and receives calls and text a lot easier.

Battery life is less than 24 hrs. The band it came with was very uncomfortable. It didn't work correctly for the brand of Fitbit and the price for it. It was referbest.
