Got it and didn’t open right away. When I did it wouldn’t even charge. I was a day late to return but I requested by the seller and they are allowing me to send it back. Had to have one so went to a local store to buy one and boy the way the store one was packed and the way the one I got on here was packed! It was obvious that the one I got here was factory packed. I upgraded from the versa 2. I really wanted the added voice feature to be able to answer calls on my watch and was debating between this and a galaxy watch. What sold me on trying this watch was the battery life. I feel like fitbit can't be beat with a 5+ day battery life. I love the upgrades and how it works just like the my old one. The band is an upgrade and love the new style of it. My only complaint is the screen is a lot easier to scratch. I have had mine for 4 months and already have 2 pretty noticeable scratches. My versa 2 I worse for 3 years with no screen protector and never got a scratch. I'd considereal getting a screen protector for this model. ... show more

I loved the watch, but the charger that came with it was missing one of four magnetic prongs so I had to buy a new one for 22.00 to charge completely for use. I would appreciate maybe a credit for the charger, but otherwise am happy with my purchase.

This item arrived in a beat up box, was filthy, will not hold a charge and said hello Pamela when I turned it on. A factory reset should be part of a refurbishment. This was returned and simply sent out to be my problem, not. It’s coming back!!!
