TLDR; Got the device, plugged it in for set up, IMMEDIATELY started discharging battery life rapidly and BEGAN TO OVERHEAT TO AN UNTOUCHABLE DEGREE. This is my fault for getting Refurbished, NEVER PURCHASE REFURBISHED, STAY AWAY. Update: So the vendor from which I purchased it, PriceWhack Refurbished, responded to my emails. They indicated in the first response that I should be using a 5V/1A charger (Which wasn't included, by the way). I made mention that one was NOT included with the product purchased to which they simply asked me if I could "get a hold of one to see if this will fix the problem". No, that's bullhockey. If everything wasn't included to make sure the product is "FULLY FUNCTIONAL according to Amazon Renewed Standards", why should it fall on ME, the customer, to hunt down necessary components for the item to function at all? No Sir, I don't like it. Already started the refund process at the time of this update and will NEVER purchase refurbished items from this or any other vendor on Amazon as the standards for the "Amazon Renewed" program seem to be about as dependable as a KIA. ... show more

Versa 3 Fitbit is the best of the Fitbits. Its tracking is very accurate and it has helped me be a lot more conscious about my movements each day. I got the refurbished one to save some money and it has worked great. It charges very fast. I like to track my sleep but sometimes it’s about to die right before I got to sleep. I just plug it in for less than 5 minutes and it lasts all night. I love all of the features especially zone minutes. It was in good condition when I got it but it was really crusty and dirty. I gave it a good clean before using. Setting up was really simple and the app has a lot of good features like steps and calories burned. Definitely worth the purchase. It randomly came with 3 of the same white cord. Pretty sure that was a mistake. ... show more

This is a decent product, but some features are poorly implemented or just don't work. Maybe because I bought "renewed"? I can't use the Google Wallet feature because it won't transfer my card info, and the implementation for oxygen saturation tracking is an absolute joke. I do like the other features and there's an app that works with my sleep tracker. The custom watch faces are a fun feature and I've found other useful apps to install. ... show more

I had a Versa 2 which went caput after a few years. Felt I deserved an upgrade 😌 and so far loving the Versa 3. First - the battery last soo much longer which is probably the best improvement from the versa 2. I only need to charge once a week. All the features work fine, heart rate, sleep tracking etc. I personally love the find my phone feature since im always AlWays misplacing my phone. ... show more
