This item is fully adjustable, which made it great, but my back is so curved that I wasn’t able to make it work on me. The Fit GENO Back Brace Posture Corrector is a WELL MADE quality brace that lives up to its promise. I have purchased a number of braces and bras in the past which I have returned due to their lack of quality or their ineffectiveness to perform. That has not been the case with The FiT Geno Back Brace. This brace is wonderfully fitting. I immediately felt relief and so supported! My back and shoulders feel upright like they once did. I really hadn't fully realized the extent of my posture problems until my muscles responded to the support and gentle guidance the FIT GENO brace provided. The material the brace is made of envelops and feels like an embrace without making the wearer feel artificially erect. I had forgotten how GOOD it feels to stand naturally tall. The guide for size is accurate and their instructions for use are clear. I appreciated the knowledge given about the amount of time to wear the brace so muscle memory begins to take place. It is a JOY to wear the brace so doing so for 28 days is not a problem. I also appreciated that the manufacturer instructed the user the reasons NOT to wear the brace for too long or all the time. It’s really helped my posture somewhat but I am taller with a larger bust and looks awkward. I only wear it in my studio to paint and the support doesn’t go as far down my back to lower waist area as hoped but still helps. I bought a size S. A larger size would be too wide (I think) so I’ll look for a different brand. I recently fractured my ribs after a fall and this was gentle enough to sit or sleep in to provide relief. ... show more

This back brace is the best by far!! I purchased three different brands, basically the same style. I have returned the other two. Back support is my goal, but the comfort is a must! This brace is very easy to adjust to my size. I think because I am on the shorter side, it works well for me. Others have those “stays” or stiff/hard things sewn into them. After an hour or two, I can’t stand the poking and prodding into my skin. Also, I like wearing these underneath my tops. The others make me look like the hunchback! My son said it looks scary.
