Installed this product in a 2010 Dodge Journey with CAN BUS controlled headlights. First installed left side and tested. Both old (right side) and new (left side) worked properly. Installed right side bulbs and right side does not come on. Did some research to figure out fuse and found that headlights don't have a fuse as they are CAN BUS controlled. After writing to seller, found out that the bulbs have a polarity and are not keyed like the OEM bulbs. Used a multimeter to find the ground side of the plug and matched that up with the LED marking and tested. Now works properly. Once I found the +/- mark on the LED it made sense. Lucked out with the other 3 bulbs and had them correct. Would be nice to have had some instructions with the LEDs. Only thing shown in the videos was to match up the numbers on the bulbs with the OEM bulbs. The lights work great now and I am happy with the product.

Replaced my bulbs with this set. The low beams and fog lights worked great. However the high beams do not work at all. The bulbs in this pack have no locking mechanism for the high beams. On the factory bulbs the locking mechanism is on the connector for the bulb that locks it into the housing. These however will not work the same way as the fan on the back sticks up so you can not even "rig" it to work. Currently trying to come up with ways to get this to work as it seems all the LED upgrades on amazon are copies of one another and will all have the same problem.

I bought these for my 2003 Toyota Highlander, unfortunately it didn’t work out so well but I will say customer service was fantastic! They were quick to get back to me and resolve my issue. The first set of bulbs weren’t the correct kind for my vehicle. The regular beam worked but not my high beams. The company quickly sent me the correct bulbs. After installing the new set, regular beam and high beam worked as should. And OMG!! What a huge difference!!! I could finally see wicked good at night! I had been waiting years for LED for my car, Since it’s an older model and all. A few years ago I had no option to go LED. Now I finally could. Well…. Until these lights affected my car to start. The week they were in, every time I went to start my car, it would struggle to start and got worse and worse each day. I literally thought my starter was going. I’m like oh great, another problem… I had just replaced my battery and alternator a few months ago. Then it dawned on me, maybe it’s three headlights since it started at the same time as I replaced them. So I went back to my mechanic and asked him to remove them, and I to put the old, crappy, yellow lights back to see if it’s a fluke or not. Also he hooked up a machine to check the codes. No codes came up. After swapping, my car started just fine. Thankfully I didn’t just ask him to replace the starter or anything else. I’m sure that’s expensive. I’m not sure how these lights work but I’m thinking they were draining the life out my car. It’s a shame because these were so great! I wanted to love them. I reached back out to the seller, and they gave me a full refund without any hassle. Which is appreciated! For now, I’ll hold off on buying any other LED incase they all do this. I can’t risk messing up my car more or having it break down. Newer cars are still wicked expensive and so are car loans, so I need to hang onto my car as long as possible. So I’ll just have to deal with it for now and like I have been for the last 7-8 years.

Update: i notified the seller and got a refund. The second set worked fine. One was dead, but stuck in the headlight and had to be destroyed to remove so no refund. Had to buy a second set.

I had one headlight out in my Toyota Rav4 2017, which it said these were specifically for. After a very easy installation I'm down to no head lights as neither one of these LEDs worked once properly in place. Going to have to return them and go to mechanic for regular old bulbs.
