This is one sturdy shovel. I have done tons of ground work over my life and this shovel is probably too 2 nicest/beefiest shovels I’ve ever used. Hopefully it holds up over the years. If not… oh well fiskars lifetime warranty!

The only complaint I have is the shipping time. Two days turned into two weeks. But after laying hands on this thing, I’m okay with it. If you want to tear down a school, this is the only tool you’ll need. Beater, cutter, basher….

Only gripe are the 6 large & difficult to remove stickers. Seems a little over the top. If that doesn't matter to you, go ahead and mentally bump this to 5*

I was tired of breaking normal shovels when doing landscaping (I've got a very large yard). I purchased this in part because the local hardware stores were so short on options. I was pleasantly surprised by the durable design and materials. Typically a shovel lasts me 1-2 years. I believe this will last me much longer, and it is simple more pleasant to use. Does what you expect. It's a shove, it can handle some abuse. Was chopping through blackberries with them while digging and it cuts through them nicely without even needing to be sharpened. Thick, heavy clay? It handles that, too.
