The Full Circle is a quick retro- fit on upright basses with height adjustment wheels. A Pro-EQ Platinum Bass, Pro-EQ II or B-II preamp is recommended, but not required. Professional installation is recommended.

I will never buy their product again. I purchased the Full Circle pickup this summer, and it stopped working after the first gig. I sent it in and was sent a replacement, and it stopped working during the 2nd gig. I can’t tell you how angry and disappointed I am, and I went to their competitor to get a new pickup. This is really disheartening. I’ve been using the Fishman products since the 80s and this recent haphazard has caused me embarrassment in front of two audiences in high profile places and I don’t want to endure that again. I’ve been happy with the sound of Fishman pickups on my basses, especially the Full Circle because it works well when I use the bow, and I use a bow a lot. ... show more

I love the Full Circle. Some others swear by different pickups for acoustic bass, but the Full Circle is so easy to use, you just spin your height adjuster through a quarter turn while playing an open string and listen. It offers a huge variety of tonal options in that 90º. This makes it very easy to "tune in" your bass in different musical and acoustic situations, on the fly with little fuss. Also very helpful when you're working with a sound man in a larger venue. The only thing that kind of sucks is the way the metal flange which connects the output connector to the strings tears up the colored string below the bridge, but I now wrap that area with a piece of gaff tape that the output connector pinches onto. I have used this pickup for over 10 years on my previous bass. I sold that bass and wanted the same set up for the replacement bass. The first one I purchased didn't work at all. The second one only worked for a few hours. If you can get one of these that works they are amazing. The ability to dial in the tone you want by rotating the transducer is a fantastic feature. I contacted Fishman over a week ago to get a replacement since all of the ones I bought from Amazon were bad. It's been a week and still waiting for the replacement to ship. I gig regularly and this has been a complete PITA. I expect better service when working with an American company. ... show more

The pickup works well and provides good sound through a bass guitar amp. Mounting can be tricky. The lead is delicate and must be protected.

The media could not be loaded. Pickup installed but not working properly- maybe a Manufactor problem? We are contacting the manufacturer to check if it was a lot of products that has the same Problem- we know other people have the same .
