    • Don't purchase this product, it doesn't work :Update
I purchased a previous Ride-Rite product for the previous truck I had, and it was a great product with great instructions and worked great. This product they have now is not that anymore. I received the item and installed it but found it doesn't work, and for the DYI who works during the week, you only have the weekend to install them. I tried to contact them and found they are not open on the weekends for any support. I tried to call them this morning, and at 8:30 am CST they said they were closed, but their hours are open at 7:30 CST. I just don't get why; when you pay a large amount for an item, you can't get any support. Very disappointed in the whole experience so far. As a side note, I also purchased the Ride-Rite airbags as a separate item and it was missing parts and the instructions were missing two pages, but I will also write a negative review for that product. Update after talking with Firestone, I found out that the product purchased on Amazon is not supported by Firestone since they are not a certified seller of Firestone products. They are assisting me on a one-time basis but will not be supporting anything else. ... show more

    • Compressor stopped working after 1 1/2 years!
Compressor stopped working after 1 1/2 years! Worked great for that first year and a half, but overall very disappointed in quality. Update after trying to submit a warranty claim: Amazon says go to product support, which is firestone, then firestone says they cannot honor the warranty thru Amazon! What a total scam. Shame on Firestone and Amazon for allowing this to happen. ... show more
