I really like this it looks really realistic very calming and I enjoyed using it when I’m relaxing and unwinding from a long day. I suggest using the timer switch at all times and leave it off when you’re not using it. If you have it on for long periods, it gets stuck and pauses. Then you have to shake it and plug it back in that sometimes makes it work again that’s the only downfall of this beautiful realistic device, it doesn’t last very long. I had it on one day about seven hours and it got stuck. I shook it up and it worked again so I only use it if I’m going to relax while looking at it otherwise I turn it off I’m afraid about getting stuck again and not ever working , there was a little tiny dot on the inside the same color as the bottom part of the flame which is gray a dark gray when it’s lit up it looks like a paint spot but when it’s dark and the device is on it’s not noticeable when I buy it again probably not it should’ve been able to work longer than a week before anything like that happened wasn’t very happy about that. I gave it five stars because it is really nice to look at when it was working so I enjoyed it for a good seven days.

is pretty - that being said, there was no remote and mine also made that clicking noise that others have spoken of. In my case it was the plastic sheet inside of the cover that was bent out and the spinning motor silver things were hitting that. Slide the plastic piece out, its on a little track, turn it around and slide it back in. no more clicking noise. Its nice once you fix it! Annoyed that no remote and that I had to fix it. At least they include the screwdriver you need to unscrew the tiny screws! As others have said I think its a bit over priced, but it also is calming to look at! I wish the usb cord was longer though

The media could not be loaded. Somewhat bigger than I expected. Cheaply made. Fire looks ok. Nice it has a USB feature instead of just batteries, but supplied cord is way too short. Gonna keep it for my bedroom. It is completely silent, which is great. Wouldn’t buy it again, only because I think $32 is too much for this. Going to check out other ones for gifts for relatives. Gave it a 4 out of 5 stars, only because it’s kind of flimsy & a bit overpriced. Don’t know how it will hold up

The media could not be loaded. First, the battery compartment will not stay closed unless you put the screw back in (the batteries just fall out when it is picked up) and not having any children in the house, it is annoying to have to keep screwing and unscrewing the battery compartment. But I figured I could perhaps use the USB charger instead. Haven’t tried that yet as I am not sure if I will be returning these (didn’t bother opening the second one) as the top piece/handle had to be screwed onto the top and it broke as I was screwing it, so that is now screwed and I have two larger ones of these that I move around our rooms so like that handle to be working. Then I turned it on and I don’t like the flame as much as the ones we already own and this is MUCH smaller than the ones I already hit at Hallmark a couple of months ago for less money. This little one also just feels way cheaper. And now, after being on and quiet for nearly two hours, it suddenly has started having this annoying clicking sound. If you listen to the video, you can hear the larger one is louder but somehow that one doesn’t have an annoying sound to me. I use it while meditating in the sauna or reading just fine. This little one is just an annoying click to my brain. :( I debate giving this product one star rather than two, to be honest. And it has trashed my 21-day challenge to not complain about anything, so now I have to start on day one again (and I don’t usually complain so thought this challenge would be a piece of cake, but try it yourself and see how hard it is to go three weeks without complaining about something without realizing it until it has happened!). But a disappointment over a small purchase is a small thing and I won’t sweat the small stuff. Speaking of small stuff, at least this being so small means it would even be used in a bathroom on a counter or even on top of the toilet and I have always wanted to have a FP in every room, so if I find I can live with this product (and oddly, the clicking just stopped while I am writing this - wonder if it will start up again), it will likely go into bathrooms.

I love this little fireplace, sitting on my desk, and keeps me nice and warm (haha). I took one star off because the 3rd night, it kept freezing. I'm on the USB, no batteries. So I turned the unit over, took the 4 screws out of the bottom with the screwdriver provided, pulled out the light and motor assembly, put a small drop of 3 in 1 oil in the 2 lube holes on the motor, and now it is works perfectly, there's a roaring fire in there! It' s quite a simple, ingenious invention.
