Shrimp came great with only a few dead. The box was not labeled as 'live animal' so I really didn't know how long they were on my front porch till I got home or how the box was treated on the way. My shrimp arrived 4 days early! They were all healthy and alive. I had a little extra one put in there which was nice. I was worried I would have a dead one. Nope. All alive and well. They are about an inch long. They are so cute. My first time ordering shrimp. I'm so happy it went well! They are night and they look strong! Pretty disappointed with my order. If the price is too good to be true then it probably is. These are NOT high grade shrimp at all. I didn't have a big order but I only received a single blue shrimp and not a single solid red shrimp. Most what I received were wild type, some basically no color at all and varying degrees of yellows/reddish hues. 15+ means You're given a very 'generous' single extra shrimp for a total of 16. The three largest and vibrant were DoA. The water smelled bad so I don't know how long they were dead in there and I was worried about the other shrimp since some were moving weird. I reached out and the company was quick to respond. They offered to put 2 extra shrimp on a replacement order but I don't see myself ordering again and not worth it. All of the living shrimp did survive the acclimation process but unfortunately had a few more die off a week later so I guess they couldn't handle the same parameters as the rest of my shrimp. :/ ... show more

I was so excited to have the shrimp finally arrive, I was all excited to see all 20 of them made the trip safely. I followed the transition to a "T". The shrimp survived to the tank, and I was all excited to see them moving around the tank. The shrimp had their hiding places, plenty of food supply, the water was perfectly balanced. I woke up the next morning, cup of coffee in hand I went to check on my fish and feed them, only to find out the shrimp were gone. I think my koi stacked down pretty good. But, aside from my koi having a great meal, the shrimp were a fair price, arrived when expected and were cool while they lasted, around 12 hours. ... show more
