She was right! I reapplied my screen protector, but sometimes I do have issues swiping from the upper corners because the protector has lifted because of the case. The product itself is great. I have no problems with it besides the typing level was flimsy and wouldn't stay up properly.it came way later than expected, so that was the only problem. I did end up returning it, but it had nothing to do with the case itself just with finding a better price.
