I'm giving this Finish Jet-Dry rinse aid 4 stars. Although I don't use the dishwasher daily and have only used it a couple of times, the results were immediately noticeable and very satisfactory. What I liked most was that I noticed the difference in the glassware. The glass came out of the machine much more sparkling and without the water spots or residue that sometimes remain. If your goal is to have the dishes come out dry and shining, this product fulfills its function. Since I have only used it a couple of times, I cannot comment on the product's longevity or its long-term performance, but based on what I have seen, it is quite good. Conclusion: A good product that works quickly to give a sparkling finish to your dishes, even with sporadic use. I recommend it for the visible results. ... show more

I’ve been using Finish Jet-Dry rinse aid in my dishwasher for years, and this 23 oz bottle is a staple in my kitchen cleaning supplies. This stuff really makes a difference in how my dishes come out. Before using a rinse aid, I’d often have water spots or a bit of residual moisture on my glassware and utensils, especially with the harder water in our area. Once I started filling the dishwasher’s rinse aid dispenser with Jet-Dry, I noticed my dishes are consistently spotless and much drier at the end of the cycle. It’s simple to use: just pour it into the rinse aid compartment of your dishwasher (usually on the door). The 23 oz bottle lasts a long time – up to 225 washes as they claim, which sounds about right because I only have to refill it every month or two with regular use. You can usually adjust the dispense setting if you need more or less, but I keep it at the default and it works great. One thing I appreciate is that it’s basically hands-off once you fill it; the dishwasher releases a bit during the rinse cycle automatically. I literally see the water beading and sliding off the dishes because of it, so they dry faster (even when I use the no-heat eco dry setting, which is impressive). It doesn’t leave any scent on dishes (which is good, I don’t want perfumed cups). Also, Jet-Dry has prevented that hazy film that sometimes builds on glasses over time. My glassware comes out clear and shiny, like new. I’ve tried generic rinse aids before and honestly came back to Finish because it just works slightly better – the drying and spot prevention was more noticeable. Given how long a bottle lasts, it’s a very cost-effective way to improve your dishwasher’s performance. If you’re tired of spots or hand-drying things post-cycle, definitely give this a try. This stuff is genuinely incredible. I use it in my new Bosch 800 alongside Finish Ultimate Infinity Shine, and my dishes come out pristine! It works great, and I always make sure to stock up on it because it’s invaluable. I will admit, the cap design is inherently flawed and forces you to spill some, though it doesn’t really cause problems if you’re used to it.
