The ribbon is cute and stretchy! Theres a darker pink elastic ribbon in the middle and then lace on the outsides. The pink isnt too dark or too pale. I use is as shoelaces and as hair ties, which I've gotten compliments on! Over time, the string frays and pulling on it will unravel it, but you could maybe just use a lighter to fix it.
