Silver is like paint atop (not woven thread inside): not bling but definitely creates impact. Curtains let a lot of light thru: they mostly buffer glare/ reduce clarity of visibility. Windows behind curtains have "rain" pattern window film that similarly block very little light but make-less-distinct the clarity of view. This is an 8' wide framed window box with 2 sets (= 4 panels) of curtains. If I were planning to stay for years I'd definitely buy a 3rd set so they could hang "blousy" *and* wider than the window frame, both. This was a discount version of a similar product I purchased from a different retailer yrs ago & I like the sweet spot of product + price + all the different height options. ... show more

I got these curtains to hang inside my RV, replacing the old privacy curtain for the over cab bunk. Since it's just me and my husband using the RV, we don't need a privacy curtain for this extra bed above the cab. I wanted something airy, pretty, and light colored to contrast against the brown cabinets and that will also look great once I paint the cabinets in the future. I sewed on a strip of glide tape to the top on the back, so that I could hang these using the existing glide track that was on the ceiling from the old curtains. That was a bit tricky but turned out really good. Here's some pics from inside my RV with the curtains. I can close them in the evening and in combination with a front windshield cover, have the perfect amount of privacy inside the RV. I can also leave them open, or over to one side behind the driver's seat. The quality is lovely and seems like they'll hold up well over time. ... show more
