It arrived in great condition, well packed. Everything is square and level. Good finish I bought a different tub for a neighbors house last year. It was fine - this one is better. Very solid - has fiberglass reinforcement for the side panel. My other tub had only 2 thin metal bars. shipped and arrived quickly which was fantastic. well packaged, no damage. the tub was covered in a protective plastic shield which prevented all damage during the bathroom renovation. it was spotless after removal. overall quite nice, there's a ton of room both length and width wise.

I only write reviews when I don't like something or the item exceeded expectations. In this case, it was the latter. To start, the item is exactly as described. To my surprise, the tub came the day after I ordered it (I am in NY and it was apparently shipped from NY. Not only was it shipped immediately, I also was sent text messages with an anticipated arrival window. I started the process with a call to the company. A real person (Mendy) answered and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped guide me not only with the tub, but the drain as well. Service was excellent. The tub itself appears to be high quality. We got this tub since we have a small guest bathroom and the tub is for our grandkids. That being said, even though it is only 48"L, it is 32"W (versus 27" and 30" from some other companies) and a bit deeper as well. There are better options for adults (standard 60", as an example), but if you are limited for space, you won't find a better alcove tub than this one. This tub is absolutely amazing! It’s a little high to step in to but it’s gorgeous. The delivery was outstanding. There was in an Amazon warehouse about a 1/2 hour away and was delivered within 3 hours of my ordering it. I couldn’t believe it. My contractor was also impressed with the quality, beauty and delivery. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m can’t wait for my bathroom to be done so I can take a nice deep bath!! Updated review - after installing I cannot recommend this tub. The edges are tilted TOWARDS the walls!!! Water pools at the grout line where the wall tile meets the tub! What???? Why??? Also, the wall is so high that my kids (preteens) and I all use a step stool with a handle which I had to buy! (I’m 5’2”). Lastly, the glue used in the shower cannot be removed so the floor has treads built in ) which isn’t gross yet but it will be very soon!! The 2 stars is still from the amazing delivery process - but this tub should not be installed!! Such a great delivery experience - fast, clear communications and no damage to the box or tub! The other tub I ordered from a local store but both times the box and tub arrived damaged! ... show more

I thought my husband was nuts for buying a tub online. After getting it upstairs & leveling it, we were able to get the pipes hooked up without cutting through the ceiling. It’s taller and deeper than our last tub (which was 25 years old). Great addition to our guest bathroom! The only nitpick I have about this product; was how it was delivered. They unloaded it with a pallet jack, didn’t knock on the door and left it on our driveway in front of our garage. ... show more

This is obviously a returned item and I was expecting a new item as that is what I paid for? This the second time I've purchased this tub and the tub itself is fine but this definitely a returned item and I was charged full price for this.
