UPDATE !!! after my first review looks like i got the attention of fimi after the seller got involved i received a call from fimi global out of NEW YORK USA, and a customer care person actually picked up the phone very nice and pleasant to talk with and called me to ask what happen i explained what had happen and where i was when the problem of drone flew away and no control of this and they listen and agree that sometimes things do happen for no reason and this one unit could have had a factory problem to do what it did fimi does their best to on quality control some times things do happen and fimi does care about their product and their customers i now know i made the right choice I i can now rely on fimi for continue support and to the seller PROSOAR for outstanding support of their products they sell . The media could not be loaded. I have another issue with this item. After I sent back the product to FIMI thru Amazon, I purchased again same product hoping that I’ll not get any more issues with this product. Unfortunately, another problem has been encountered. Flying the Drone FIMI X8 SE V2 in a nice beautiful day…suddenly upon reaching 1,500 feet distance from the Home point…my transmitter got totally blacked out…luckily the drone goes auto return to home. This happens to me not only once but so many times everytime I reach the distance of 1,500 feet+…and from time to time I got a message from my transmitter “Compass Interfered”…I did all the necessary Calibrations but it didn’t resolve the issues. I emailed the tech support for FIMI.com @support.FIMI.com but no response and it ends up in sending back the item for the 3rd time to Amazon for a full refund.😩😤😩😤😩😤😩😤🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭 ... show more

I've been building drones of all sizes since 2013 and I this is my second ready- to-fly system ever but what a nice package this is. I got so tired of lugging around all the crap needed to for the built drones but with this package everything comes in a easily carry case. The distance and and stability this thing has is amazing. I would warn if you use the drop hook with something that is very light be careful of the string floating around on windy days and catching the prop.     • Jumps out of gps in the air.

The one I got I believe it has a issue with the gps I fly a thousand feet out with 17 satellite an it goes from 17 to 11 an it tells you to be careful an you can fly 10 feet an goes back in GPS I think it is a defect in the drone I am returning mine.

Its way too unstable and moves in all directions at hovering often 3 meters or more even with compass calibration not helping stability! For the price it should be rock solid stability, could be better if fimi would fix bugs with real problem solving firmware updates, but they seemed to already abandon this drone. Could have been so much better and worth the money, this drone is aimed towards developing countries mostly 😩 ... show more
