I received this brace a week ago because I sit all day which had caused pain. I bought this to help remind me of my posture. After unpacking i noticed that the straps are nicely padded and it is very comfortable to wear. It does take some adjustments and time to get used to it. Comfortable to wear while doing dishes or other working around the house. I put it on, I definitely notice that sit/ stand a lot straighter. So I like to put it in on when I have to work on my laptop because it keeps me for sloughing.

As someone who spends long hours each day working at a desk, I've struggled with back, neck and shoulder pain for years. PT has attributed this pain to posture. While I have attempted to correct my posture on my own, it clearly hasn’t worked. I can definitely feel a change from using this product. I seem to have less headaches which have always been triggered from my neck and shoulder pain. I am hoping that after continued use that I see increased benefits from wearing this corrector.
