Description

The FR1210HARC is a 12V 15 GPM fuel transfer pump that is designed as a "cold weather" model for arctic conditions - includes a 3/4" x 15' discharge hose, 3/4" multi-plane swivel, 3/4" automatic nozzle (blue), 34" telescoping steel suction pipe, 3/4" street elbow, ground wire, (2) wire nuts, and a roll of PTFE tape. It can be used to pump gasoline, diesel, kerosene, ethanol blends up to 15%, methanol blends up to 15%, and biodiesel up to B20. Each fuel transfer pump utilizes Rotary Vane Technology that helps maintain consistent flow performance over the life of the pump. Built to last, with durable cast- iron construction and an improved on/off switch this product will stand the test of time in the toughest environments. Designed for easy installation, the junction box rotates 180-degrees for ease of installing electrical wiring in tight spaces.

I purchased this pump so I could fill my mowing equipment in field to save time through the day and it allows me me to buy fuel in bulk. My first pump was the Chinese knockoff and it was one issue after another. The Fil-Rite pumps fast and is much quieter than the first pump I previously mentioned.

This is a very good pump. I bought it to replace a GPI pump that I had bought from Tractor Supply. There is a huge difference between the Fill-Rite pump and the GPI in quality. The Fill-Rite is 100% better. Pumps runs alot smoother and is a heavier duty pump.

Was a little hesitant buying a 15 gpm pump however I’m glad I went with this. I can pull the truck up and the end of the day and fuel the equipment while I’m cleaning the tracks or letting the turbo cool down. I believe it pumps a little more than 15 gallons per minute. I’m happy with this pump.

This pump is a work horse, it will pump gasoline faster than any gas station pump. The only thing to be aware of is make sure the voltage is 12+ dc from a good source or the pump will not start. I used heavy 4 gauge jumper cable wire for the hook up. First time I moved 14 gallons of gasoline in less than a minute. Beats hand cranking and I didn't spill any. Be sure to install a good filter because this pump will move sediment along with your fuel. I installed a Golden Rod filter with a see through bowl. The bowl allows you to see the fuel moving and is small enough to drain without wasting too much fuel. Make sure to lubricate the rubber gasket and wipe it dry after each use. The filter gasket supplied with the filter will easily turn gummy and seize the plastic bowl making disassembly difficult possibly damaging the filter system. ... show more

We bought this to replace an older pump we had that burned up, we did not need the hose or nozzle so it saved us some money. One last thing that the new unit does not come with is a power cord but, we also took that off our old pump and installed on the new one.
