I wanted a better quality olive oil so I got this. My food taste great, I have not made a dressing with it yet. I did my research and this oil fell nicely into my quality and budget level. If you've been using cheap oil you'll see a big difference. It is a great upper middle class of oil.

I use this brand of Olive oil all the time. It has a nice flavor in cooking as well as dressings. The flavor is mild. I love the tin! Keeping that when it's empty.

I’m Italian. I like this oil even though the olives aren’t exclusively grown in Italy. For an extra virgin oil It has a smooth taste. I usually buy smaller bottles but since I like this oil I figured I’d pull the trigger on a large can instead and save some money in the long run. If you don’t use a lot of olive oil then stick to smaller bottles so you will keep a fresher product. But if you go through a lot of oil then this is the way to go! It's a shame, because the product is outstanding. Loved the idea of finding this oil, that we used to buy years ago in IL, and having it delivered. First shipment arrived packaged with other items and the can had creases. Asked for a replacement, which was promptly sent out (thank you!), but disappointed that the replacement item, though it was the only item in the box, also arrived damaged. The box was fine, with no dents, but the can inside had multiple creases as well, which leads me to believe that the damage happened before packing. Tried to get a replacement for the second damaged item, but Amazon isn't providing a way to get a proper replacement sent to me. Not a fan of food items in damaged cans. :( ... show more
