Good for the price point both them go on a Christmas present for my little brother and for $12. They are not bad but you would be better off to save some money in by a good readopt site or even spend a little bit more on some good backup sites, but for the price point these are pretty decent.

I have Multiple AR's with Polymer flip up sights, and yes most of them are the Name Brand and the expensive ones. But want to see/try a cheaper alternative. Read many reviews and took a shot on these. I am very pleased in these. The function and feel are very nice. I would definitely buying more of these again

Update after range time - I'm actually kind of impressed with this after a little range work. I ran these on an AR9 and pushed about 240 rounds (ammo is still not cheap) of 124gr FMJ. Out of the box, it was a touch low at 50 yards and with a couple clicks on the front site, it settled right in where I wanted it. Adjustment is quite easy. In practical use, the orange front sight post is really good for quick acquisition but you quickly notice how thick it is and how much of the target is obscured. At 50 yards, the front sight post basically takes us 1/3 of a standard IPSC target and even at 25 yards, it is the same width of the A zone or head. For all that, the grouping was still about 2 MOA on target. For the casual shooter, I think these are a good deal. I don't have a problem with using these as back up sights because unless something goes very wrong, the red dot is what is in primary use. For a simple unboxing and mounting review, let's kick it off. The sights feel much sturdier than expected, but they are also over-sized compared to similar Magpul BUIS. I was going to put these on a platform using an LPVO with a standard height cantilever mount, but the rear sight is too thick to get underneath the scope. I ended up sticking this on another platform that uses a Romeo 5 and Juliet 4 magnifier, there is engouh clearance with the Juliet 4 to get the sight underneath when the magnifier is in use. Lock up on the pic rail is good, but with no Loctite on the cross screw, I'm expecting the thing to walk loose. For ease of use, the bolt has a plastic grip on the head, and while this makes for easy attach/detach, you're better off just getting rid of that and using the standard cross bolts that are, happily, supplied. Elevation and windage adjustments are easy, we'll see how well it holds zero with a simple 5.56. I do like the fiber optics on the sights, they are easy to pick up and sit at absolute co-witness with the Romeo 5. To be honest, I don't expect these to be well-suited on a normal rifle, they seem more like airsoft material, but we'll find out. If they work out, they are a hell of a bargain and if they fail, well, that's why we test stuff.
