This desk is pretty great. I have a quad monitor setup with 24" monitors and they fit perfectly. The LED strips have all sorts off effects and colors which is pretty neat. The desk is spacious and the motors and standing feature work well so far. The desk shipped quite fast and it arrived in two separate shipments. The biggest negative is that building it is kinda challenging because there were some holes missing and the instructions are not that clear at some parts. It took me about 3 hours to build. You probably want someone to help you flip the desk over since it is quite heavy. All that said, the desk works and looks great and I think it is a good value for the price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love this desk. It's aesthetically beautiful and I love the curve. The top shelf for monitors was a bonus feature that I didn't think I would appreciate as much as I do. It makes your work area very spacious. The walnut veneer is phenomenal quality too. My only complaint is the assembly. Some of the pilot holes that were supposed to be there were non-existent and a few were positioned incorrectly. I had to create my own pilot holes in a few spots for the frame and the control panel. Not a big deal, but definitely had me confused if I was building it right and added some time to finish the build. Overall, it's quality, sturdy, quiet, and beautiful. Once assembled, I love the desk. Future buyers should be aware that assembly is a challenge. For me there were a few subtle differences between the instructions (which are picture-only) and the actual parts in the boxes. * The keypad (control box which moves it up or down) is newer/nicer than the one pictured. It did not line up with the pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the desktop, so I had to drill my own. * 3 or 4 other pre-drilled holes for attaching the frame to the bottom of the desktop also did not line up, so I had to drill a few there as well. * It is *heavy* so after assembling it upside-down, flipping it upright may take 2 people. I highly recommend having a drill handy with torx, phillips and a small-diameter twist bit. I also used a phillips screwdriver quite a bit. In all it took me about 6 hours to assemble on my own, even using for-real tools rather than the disposable ones it comes with. As others have noted, you may get the frame box one day and the desktop box the next. Beyond that, the keypad and motors worked on the first try, it's solid as a rock, and the LEDs have been great for computer use in a dark room. ... show more

Literally the most difficult thing ever to put together. Took me forever. A bunch of heavy parts . Sooooo heavy . But it’s a cute desk and works well. Super glad I have it now but will not buy again unless I pay someone to put it together for me . It took me 3 days and I still put it together wrong , but It is functional and good enough. I would rather die than take it apart to correct whatever mistake I made and put it back together. But again soooo happy now it’s put together! ... show more

I rated this 5 stars across the board because there is nothing the manufacturer could do to make this a better quality desk (besides material for the desktop but thats just a get what you pay for thing) Regarding quality I would say this is on par for price. I would NOT personally put a full tower PC on this desk for stability concerns. It can hold a PC fine but if your PC is more than 20lbs I wouldnt test it. All monitors, peripherals, and miscellaneous items should be just fine. The minimum desk height is 28 inches (not including wheels or base standoff) - this model does come with wheels This is not "difficult" to assemble intellectually so I gave it 5 stars. The instructions are quite clear and have a good format. However, PLEASE NOTE if you are physically impaired, have issues with mobility, or are 60+, you will most likely need help with assembly. If you identify with one of those categories, plan to have help. The desk is quite heavy when it comes boxed, and once it is assembled. it is an easy lift for two able bodied people. For perspective, I am in my 20s and active. I assembled this by myself and was quite stiff the next day. It is a little awkward to put together, especially if you do not have a surface to work on. Also plan to purchase more adhesive reusable zipties for cable management (specifically for the desk cords) this desk kit does not come with nearly enough to keep the desk wires from hanging.     • Defective desk and horrible Customer Service

The desk came with a defective electrical outlet that is located on the desk. It was loose and no matter how much we tried to fix it ourselves, it didn’t work. So I contacted the seller to first try to get an easy resolve but I was met with them telling me that that is how the desk is. I knew this wasn’t true. And for the amount I paid for the desk, I expected more. So I simply asked for a refund from Amazon and I qualified for the refund. Unfortunately, I got rid of the 2 boxes this came in. So, it took me about a week to find a box big enough to fit the whole desk in. But I did find one! So proceeded forward with the return and contact Amazon for help because when I I looked at the label and it was only for 49lbs. And this box is heavier. They reached out to the seller and asked them to have someone come pick up the packed up desk. This is where the nightmare truly began because now they are telling me they can’t accept an assembled desk. And they are trying to pay me $15 to keep the desk! Which is crazy when I paid close to $600!! The desk is packed and ready to go and according to Amazon, I’m still eligible for the return! Yet here we are a month later and there has been no resolve!! I’ve never had this much trouble with returning an item before! I have to say I’m quite disappointed!! Not only with my experience with this seller but with Amazon’s inability to do more quicker!! I do not recommend this seller or their products! If I could give zeroes, I would! That’s how frustrated I am at this point! ... show more
