I have to say I was reading a lot of the reviews about the poor quality, questionable sturdiness, and quality of the desk. I was worried. As for quality it's pressed wood, and the desk does have that fake slipperiness that you get from pressed laminated wood surfaces. However, for the price compared to some of the other standing desks 3x the price of this one. It's worth it. I have been eyeballing this desk for a while now, and I happened to see it during a lightning sale so I just went for it. Happy I did. I was actually surprised by the ease of directions. I'm not a builder, but a normal female, I was able to build this, flip it, and set it up. However if you don't want to scratch your floors make sure to line the floor with something (like a towel) before flipping. I definitely was impatient and scratched my wood floor. Also... not saying that just because you're a female you can't build or anything, just making sure I convey the easy build. Also the addition of wheels are fantastic! One thing that I did struggle with, was the entire box IT IS SO HEAVY. Don't throw out your back, just take it piece by piece. I struggled getting it off my porch and into my house then wondered how I was going to get this box up the stairs. If you've put together Ikea shelves, you can handle this. ... show more

The desk arrived in one heavy, but skinny box, 7”? One end was messed up. I opened the box and started unpacking. Part 1 had four corner protectors. One corner protector was busted. The accompanying corner also had problems. You can see the busted corner and the pressboard. It shows on the inside corner and the bottom. I plan on taking a black sharpie and color it end. I will also take some silicon and seal the edges so water does not get in over the years. I thought about reaching out to the manufacturer, but I need my desk working on Feb 8th, for interviews… so… I will make it work. The instructions worked well. They had instructions for having the short desk on the left or right. I chose the right. One word of caution. Pay CLOSE attention to what side ALL of the holes face. I had to take apart the middle leg and apparatus because I did not. It was facing the wrong way. The instructions were right but the person putting it together (me) messed it up. I would recommend getting a drill with the ability to adjust when it stops. I would also HIGHLY recommend using a Phillips head that is magnetized. The worst part was attaching the metal to the wood. You have to go through the deep width of the metal support. It is connected VERY well!! All-in-all, it took me six hours to build the desk. It would have probably been 5.5 hrs or less had I paid closer attention. This is my second FEZIBO sit/stand desk. The first one was smaller and for my wife. I built it too. My wife loves her desk. I know I will love mine. Both went together well. If I need something that FEZIBO sells, it will be the top contender. The ONLY negative was the price. It was the highest of all the ‘L’ shaped sit/stand desks, but my experience with the smaller desk made me want to try it out. ... show more

The "wood pattern" looks better in listing pictures than IRL. Supports my four monitors + monitor arms very well. The digital/motor mechanism is a bit wonky, but works fine 99% of the time. Nice that it comes with cable management, but they're pretty cheap and a bit small for the intended cords. Once you commit to one assembly direction (e.g. leaf on right vs left) it's pretty difficult to switch. ... show more

I used to have a standup desk when I worked in the office and loved it. I started working remotely a few years ago and had to settle for my regular desk at home. I put off buying my own standup desk until now. A coworker recommended this one so I went with it. It got delivered 2 days earlier than expected. It only took me about one hour to assemble it by myself. The box was very heavy so I had to open it outside and carry it in a few pieces at a time. The packaging was done very well, so that all the pieces were well protected. The assembly directions were easy to follow. I love how it looks and so far, it's been raising and lowering as expected. My small file cabinet fits underneath as well. I sent a picture to my coworkers and several said they'd never seen L-Shaped standup desks before and they all liked it. My only complaint is that the cords underneath were quite a bit longer than they needed to be, but the included wire straps are holding them out of the way. My only wish was that it had a keyboard tray that would slide out underneath. If you're in the market for a stand up desk, this is a good one. ... show more
