The media could not be loaded. I received my desk on Saturday as originally scheduled by Amazon. Box is heavy. Assembly was easy- took me about 1.5 hours but I’m a completely inexperienced builder :) Love the space, color, but especially that you can program the desk to your specific height for both sitting and standing. I Have communicated with Fezibo, sent them a video, and explained that I have followed their instructions but the desk no longer goes up and down (it worked for a week, then broke). I am waiting to hear back from the company......

I cannot get the desk motor to work. The desk was assembled correctly and when I follow the directions to set the desk height, the motor never engages. All I get are error messages, and it appears either the motor is bad for the factor or there are error codes that cannot be cleared. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I set up the desk. It was relatively easy to set up and didn't take too long. As long as you have a Philips screwdriver, you are good to go. I love the size of the desk. It is 55" wide. As you can see from the pictures it fits a 32" curved monitor on the top shelf with no issues. The two drawers it comes with are a fabric drawer and are a great size for storing pens etc. in them. It also comes with castor wheels which makes it much easier if you need to move it around. There are buttons on the front, right hand side of the desk for easy raising and lowering. There are 3 buttons for setting heights so that you can raise or lower the desk to a predetermined height at the touch of a button. A great price for a good looking, sturdy desk. ... show more

I love this desk. I've been thinking about getting a stand up desk for a while, did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews... and this is the perfect desk. I love the riser for the monitors. I have fairly large monitors and wanted to make sure I'd have enough room and that they were elevated when I was sitting. There's plenty of room for them. It comes with a tray underneath the desk to keep your cords in one place. The control panel has 3 different preset options, and you just click between them to change your height, it's very easy to setup. It took us about an hour or so for 2 people to put it together. And it came with everything we needed for install. The instructions were easy to follow. If you're looking for a standup desk, this one is the one. The cost is good, shipping was fast, assembly was fast, and the desk is not too big and not to small. I highly highly recommend. ... show more

The shipping box showed no signs of damage so I didn't inspect all of the parts but began putting the desk together right away. The desktop itself had some chipping on the surface - at first I thought I would be passable as it was the underside of the desktop, but as I inspected the rest of the desktop I found more chipping. I contacted the warranty department by email, but got no response. After a couple of days I contacted the sales department via the Fezbio website, the next day I had a reply from the warranty department. I provided the requested details, they agreed to send a new desktop and provided an order number. They said a tracking number would be available soon. This desk has been great! I originally bought a desk that is standing height and did not adjust, but found that since I'm 5'2" that didn't work well. I also found it uncomfortable to stand the whole 8 hour work day, so I had bought a drafting chair so I could sit high enough, but that hurt my legs and was uncomfortable too. I finally broke down and bought this. I bought it for the shelf and drawers in addition to being able to sit or stand. I have dual screens and needed a big space for my monitors. I also have a lot on my desk, but wanted it organized and not looking cluttered. This desk is great for both! The desk seems pretty sturdy and wasn't too difficult to put together. I would recommend having a second person as that makes it much simpler. I also advise that when you screw in the screws to the pre-drilled holes that you press down firmly. If you just lightly screw them in it doesn't screw in and just tears up the board. You also have to be careful not to over tighten, as that can have the same effect. The motor has worked great and the presets are fantastic. It is quick and quiet and I love that I dont have to try and find a comfortable height every time I sit or stand because I set it once and its done. And just in case you don't quite like your preset height you can easily reset it. I was leary of spending this much on a desk when I wasn't sure if my move to working from home was permanent, but I know now it is and this desk has been the perfect investment. I am much more comfortable , which means I am more productive. Worth every penny. ... show more
