I love my new desk now that it is put together and working great. I build my own cabinets from scratch and have put together so many different cabinets and desks over the years that I was astonished and appalled at the horrible assembly instructions that come with this desk. If it hadn't been for other reviewers who wrote instructions in their reviews, I'm not sure whether I would have ever gotten this put together. Also, you MUST have two strong people to put it on it's feet once it is built, since it must be lifted and set down directly on the legs, so as to not damage the mechanical legs. It took me a full month to find two guys without back issues to help me. It took them less than a minute to put it on it's feet. Note: This desk weights 77lbs.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy with the end product and function. Looked for a 4ft wide desk for a dining room corner. The desk is very sturdy to handle a monitor arm. The keyboard tray is my only complaint. It's a bit flimsy and not wide enough for my set up but not enough to warrant buying a replacement. As you'll see in the video I was running the dual motors enough for multiple video takes to get a "dut" error which means it needs to rest for 15 minutes. Dual motors are Smoot running and stop gradually after the buttons are pressed. The desk comes with casters but I have it on the adjustable feet. Looks great for a dining room set up. They ship cable clips for the wiring which is nice as the desk cables do need clipped up out of the way. Highly recommend the "Cord Management Organizer Kit..." available on Amazon to group cables together for the up-down and cleanliness look. The unit started working just fine after resting. Note the first step in the directions - they don't have stops or marks in the tubes to set the length. I'd also recommend using wood glue on the wood pegs. (see my photos of the manual). Also some of the screws spin out at only 1ft lb or torque but didn't really pose an issue. You could add wood glue if warranted. The underdesk holder a d control unit screw under the outer boards. I had to pre drill holes for the left side but all other holes were spot on. The Monitor arm is Vivo Stand-V100 and bought an adjustable chair to work at mid and low positions.

I ordered this standing desk after reading all the reviews- I thought I’d give it a try. Anyhow, I finally got the desk delivered last week and I must say the instructions are a bit complicated to follow but my husband and I figured it out eventually. It seems to be a great desk so far, no major issues. I think it’s a nice desk.

Very impressed with the base quality Assembled easily Power motors are strong desk goes up and down easily Bars is sturdy and wheel roll well Desk top isn’t very good assembled from 4 pieces used glue to help secure them but it won’t last long I planned on replacing the desk top when I purchased this if I liked the power base which is awesome so will be replacing too with sold wood soon enough

I have just received the desk and it works good so far. The desk goes up and down smoothly with two motors. Once issue I have is that the keyboard tray seems a little flimsy. It does not pull out evenly. One side comes out nice but the other side sticks and I have to give an extra pull to get it out. I did check the instructions and it is assembled correctly.

This product is exactly as pictured and functions perfectly! It does require assembly and all but one instruction step was spot on. I could not be happier with my new table--it is saving my arms and back from the pain of working at the dining room table.

Within a year, my desk started acting up and became stuck at the bottom level. I emailed the company and over the last MONTH they have gradually told me all of the instructions for resetting the device…almost purposively leaving out key details, requiring me to go back and forth with them, sending them a video each time, over and over again. And before they gave me the last detail, they wanted me to snap a picture of the product PACKAGING ?! Why would I keep the box it came in? I give the desk 5 stars. And if I could, I’d give the customer service 2 stars; 1 for doing their job (by responding to the emails); and 1 for eventually giving me all of the necessary instructions; minus 3 for wasting my time with incompetence when they could have given me the full reset directions the very first time I asked. How to reset it? 1. Put the desk in the lowest position it will go. 2. Hold the down button for 15 Mississippi Secs. 3. Instantly release and press and hold again, and you will see the desk go down and up again. This is the manual reset process. Test the desk. If this does not work, repeat the first 3 steps above, without testing the desk after, and go immediately into the next steps: 4. Press and hold the S button for 15 Mississippi secs. You will see several things pop up until is says FACT on it. 5. At this point, press the S button 1 time. 6. Now test the desk again, and see if it works. 7. If the desk still doesn’t work, record a video of you going through all of these steps; first 1-3, and testing it; then 1-6, testing it. Then take a picture of the labels on each leg underneath; oh. And do not forget to take a picture of the product label of the box you got it in as well; everything. Otherwise, you will spend a month talking to a very pleasant, yet incompetent representative. Notice to that representive / owner: [email protected] Wasting a customer's time(life) by portioning out the instructions for resetting this desk is the biggest disrespect; You could have given me the full instructions the very first time I asked; and my desk could have been working 3 weeks ago. I hope you take this criticism to heart, and correct your approach to customer service; because if you want to piss off the customer, portioning out the instructions at your convenience is a great tactic to lose all respect and my future recommendation. The desk works. So I'll leave a 5 star review; but if I have to come back and talk to you, and you give me a run around like this again, I'll will not be so nice in return. Please fix your approach to such emails by typing out a full instruction template, with proper spelling and grammar; including the details of how to record the process so that it can all be handled in 1 email exchange. I should not have had to go back and forth with you. Good bye. For now.
