If it were not for the customer service I would give it a four star review. I absolutely love this desk. Was easy to assemble. I was having issues with the first frame kit that was sent with the original order. The motor included for the sit/stand function had a short. They sent a second frame kit, I swapped motors and key pad, problem solved. The only negative thing I have to say about the product, is that if you have a pc that weighs a good amount, the motor will have trouble raising the desk if the weight is loaded to the far side away from the motor. My desktop is a custom loop system, cpu and gpu water blocked, res, and two radiators. Not sure of actual weight but it’s not lite by any means. Love all the additional real estate this desk provides vs the standard 70in desks. ... show more

Large desk, stable, only minimal cursing during assembly. My only complaint is the three trash bags worth of packing materials. It’s not like it’s fragile… airbags would work fine.

The media could not be loaded. The desk is great! The space it provides is incredible! The desk feels sturdy. Easy to assemble (about 30-40 mins with my own tools) Clean looking. Setting your own height is super easy as well. However, after about a month the charging port does not work anymore....
