Like the header says, I had my reservations about this product because of the complaints in previous reviews, however, these experiences were definitely not shared by me. The desk arrived in three separate (heavy) packages over the course of three days. This, perhaps, was the only real downfall of it all because it would have been nice to assemble it sooner, and Amazon will not provide you with all three tracking numbers, so a bit of panic definitely set in when I received an incomplete desk on day 1 and Amazon had listed it as 'delivered' in full. Thankfully, the customer service at Fezibo was prompt and polite and provided me with the other two tracking numbers for the remaining packages. All of the boxes arrived in pristine condition, much to my delight after this was a point of contention in some of the reviews I saw. I can only assume some changes were made to the way this product is shipped in response to parts arriving damaged. Good on the company for recognizing this issue and making sure to avoid it in the future. Assembly was another area of frustration for reviewers from what I saw. For me, the instructions were clear and concise and everything went together without a hitch. I do believe this is a two person job at times, but only because some of these parts are rather heavy on their own and maneuvering them can be challenging for any one person. Honestly, because of the size of the desk, I expected this to be the case, so it wasn't really something that alarmed me. The desk itself is sturdy and awesome quality - especially for particle board. The color is true to images. None of the individual pieces were dinged in shipping, and there is plenty of surface area and storage. I usually maintain a two monitor setup, but this could easily accommodate three if you so choose to go that route. The stationary sidearm is perfect for keeping my PC tower up off the floor without putting constant strain on the motor of the moveable tabletop. The memory preset profiles are nifty because I intend on sitting while playing and standing while working. The motor is pretty quiet and the desk moves up and down reliably without any sort of noticeable shaking or unsteady movement. Overall, an amazing purchase and one I wont soon regret, especially given my initial trepidation. The one thing I would say it lacks is underside cable management, however, this was easy enough to purchase and install on my own. Note that the hanging headset storage in the picture attached did not come with the desk - I purchased it separately as well. If you're thinking about making this purchase, but are hesitant because of some of the reviews, I hope I can ease your mind with some reassurance! ... show more

Please beware before doing business with Fezibo. I usually start with the bad reviews before purchasing to see what people are saying. I thought these must be the exception and not the rule and trusted that Amazon would make it right if there were issues. We’ve never had a problem before purchasing through Amazon when an issue occurred. Well, we experienced everything ever other poor review reported……slow delivery, damaged boxes, and ultimately defective parts making it impossible to construct the desk. After spending a week going back and forth with Fezibo support, they will not take returns on a desk that has been “assembled.” That’s right, taken out of the box and half assembled before we realized the parts were not correct and now they will not let us return it. I now own $800 of useless particle board. The desk does appear nice and if constructed probably just what we wanted. However, beware that you are taking a gamble ordering from Fezibo. You could end up with a decent product or just end up losing money. Good Luck! ... show more

Is a good size L-shaped standing desk, not sure if it meets the "Executive" adjective. Assembly takes a while, because of the size and the mechanism. 3 packages arrived, which can be assembled in 2-3 hrs. Reason for 4/5 stars is the quality of the received panels. The color and finish looks just like the picture, but the white panels arrived dirty, and with some chipping (see pics) in visible places. This was surprising for the price point. The walnut color tops could be 1/4 in thicker for durability. Standing mechanism works well, and it is nice to have 3 memories to store. Only has one motor, but works well. There is room for design improvement: the larger door storage area could add a shelf. There's unused space where the extending legs are, which could be used as additional storage or cable management (I might modify it in the future). ... show more
