Easy installation / electric motor makes it easy to move up and down / level control memory options / good value for money. I’m giving it a 4 star rating since I was looking at other options and needed a keyboard tray option included. The packaged product arrived with the tape removed at one point or during shipment I’m unsure. The product did come with a damage side panel but didn’t want to return it since it was assembled and needed it urgently for my office. Also it’s a little wobbly in-spite of 2 monitors and one laptop since there is no stand in the middle of the table to protect the weight of the monitor’s combined. One monitor weighs around 17.3 pounds. I do like it and would recommend it for users having hard time with manual up and down stand up desk at work or home. Nice desk! It arrived faster than expected. It was missing the parts to attach the keyboard tray. I contacted the seller and received a response pretty quick. They offered to ship out the parts, I was able to get the parts sooner so they did a partial refund! Very happy with the product and support.

My fiancé loves this sit stand desk. It took me about 1.5 hours to put it together. Easy to program. Good material. The instructions were easy to follow. I’ve had it a couple of weeks now and it works great!

The standing desk feature is good and the desk is plenty big. That said, I have 2 ultrawide monitors that are mounted on the desk. If you have more than 1 monitor I would shy away from this desk. since the desk is 2 pieces, the back side sags due to me having 2 monitors. Everything works fine and have not had any issues YET, but it unsettling to see the desk sagging the way it is. ... show more

They took care of it and offered a refund or replacement. Massive cracks and damage on the desk, the wood bent. It‘s still functional as a desk but disappointed in the condition

    • Gets the job done on a budget
Overall I'm fairly "meh" about the product, but I won't give it less than a 4 star for that because I feel that it does a just fine job at its price point. 1st, I saw other reviews complaining about shipping damage. I also got mine with damage sustained in shipping, but I do not fault the product or seller for this. The packaging is fine, but it's large (especially the 63" variant) and heavy, and shippers are absolutely brutal and have no regard for your product. Mine had a huge impact hole right smack in the center/corner and one of my desktop panels was damaged. 2nd, the 63" desk at least is very wobbly at standing height. It's fine and it works still but just something to keep in mind. 3rd, the desk "wood" panels are of extremely questionable strength. I will probably at some point replace the desktop with my own sturdy wood slab because the base can be easily transferred to something else, which is great. Like I said for the price point you can't complain a whole lot. The motor seems plenty strong enough, and so do the legs. It gets the job done. ... show more
