It took me hourssss to put together BUT I took my time and when I pressed the button at first it gave me an error code but I continued to play with the buttons and it has been working wonderfully! I think this is a great product. Hopefully it holds up. It took me a couple hours to put it all together byt instructions were perfect. The bottom part showed up a couple days later no problem. So just know it comes in two boxes and sometimes they ship separately. Looks and feels like nice quality. Its a good size. I down sized a bit from a 56 inch desk. And its perfect for mt new space. Love it. The only issue is the drawers are a bit wonky and uneven. Im going to try to flip the outer drawer peice in the right two drawers to see if it evens out. Good buy ... show more

Just finished the desk. I’m a woodworker and have assembled a lot of Sauder, IKEA, and other brands of DIY furniture. This was one of the hardest to make. Two boxes, one with the base and one with the desktop. Base is apparently used in other models as well. Each unit has its own instruction manual, but the two manuals sometimes do not agree. In addition, one place had the pilot holes for screws backwards so I drilled my own pilots. Took about 5 hours. TAKE YOUR TIME! Study the pictorial instructions which are fair, not bad, not great. But the finished product is really nice and well worth the price. Deducted 1 star for the conflicting instructions and the 4 wrong holes. ... show more

I was excited to receive this desk, however it was more of a headache than it was worth. The desk arrived without an instruction manual, so I decided to use the online PDF, however, the PDF differed from the model slightly and I found myself wasting almost an hour counting parts to figure out which to use where as the manual did not match the amounts and types given. On top of that after assembling for about 3 1/2 hours I found that the top of the desk was damaged with an indent, and a slight scratch. Overall, frustrating experience. I have updated this review. It had stopped working after a year and would not raise due to an E2 code. I contacted the manufacturer and within a day I got an email with steps to correct and the process for the warranty if it didn't work. It did work, I disconnected all the cords and held the down arrow button for 5 seconds. Even though I tried the unplugging before, it never reset. It has held up well, as you can see by the pictures it works for the 3 screens, and lots of other stuff I have. Would have liked more room to store cords and larger drawers, which could have been accommodated but I have made it work. I work fully remote from home and wanted a desk that wasn't too ugly to use from work. I am 90% of the time on my computer. Being able to stand and move around is great to wake me up, get the juices flowing and protect my body and joints. 100% recommend. It's worth the assembly time. ... show more

Extremely cumbersome to assemble. Expect to spend an entire day putting this together. Once I finally got it together one of the drawers will not go into their track all the way, and though I've not forced it, it's stuck halfway. If I could get the drawer in it would be ok but none of the drawers pull seamlessly in their tracks. The desk looks nice but goodness gracious it was extremely tedious to assemble and I don't know if I'll be able to get the final drawer in. And not sure I'll be about to use the other drawers because they easily fit in the tracks and the directions basically skip how to get them in. ... show more

I love the color of the desk and how easy it goes up and down. It did take my man a little under 2 hours to put together especially because some of the drawers were reversed but it came together well. Be super careful when using power tools it’s easy to punch through the boards even though they are pretty sturdy. My only gripe is the dang HANDLES on the drawers are so sharp on the sides. I’ve scratched up my hand multiple times just moving my hand around the desk. I suggest the handles be rounded to around major injuries. ... show more

    • Crooked Defective drawers

I got a standing desk because it had storage options. Even though it was about $150 more than other standing desk options, those options didn’t have storage so I thought it was worth it! I built the whole thing, which took 2.5-3 hours… just to find that the drawers don’t work and are crooked. They are also super small, but I knew that already because I read about the desk before buying. I tired to tinker with the drawers by taking them apart, putting back together, tightening everything really well around them, and tried perfect them, but they’re still crooked and get stuck. I was surprised, especially given the price tag of this desk. I am disappointed because it took a long time to build and will also take a long time to try to break it down and send it back, which is the only option through Amazon. It is all taken out of the packages and will be very difficult to pack up properly. Not sure if they’d even be able to use the desk for resale anyway. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they could not correct the issue and send me a replacement (either desk or drawers) but would offer me a $30 refund for the trouble, which I felt was insufficient for the issues the desk had. ... show more
