Loved all the features that this desk has to offer. from two color styles to the various height settings. Thank goodness for the directions and reading it thru first, then making sure all pieces were included and then got started on the assembly. it took two humans to carry this box from downstairs to upstairs and two humans to put it together 3 hours. don't rush and it will be fine. drink lots of water and breathe. Overall experience from finding it on amazon to purchase to delivery to getting together..... i can't blame not have the experience of assembly but it turned out great and I love the desk. My last desk I was always hunched over and couldn't fit under it. This solved my problems. Super easy to set up, I thought I was going to need help because I don't have much experience building — but nope I didn't need it! I was worried because there wasn't many reviews but turned out great. I have a lot of knick knacks and books so this is perfect for those maximalists out there. I was worried that my shins would hit the shelf at the bottom but I've had no problem with it! Fits my laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and an ipad very comfortably.

Hope this review helps to ease some buyers doubts. It’s unfortunate that one of the reviewers gave a lower rating based on their mistake. They claimed that the screws popped through the wood on the reverse side. Based on their comments, I was nervous during assembly when I was tightening the screws. Well, all the screws fit properly when used as directed in the manual. The reviewer had to have used the wrong sized screw where it popped through on their desk. Yes. The parts are labeled a bit wonky. For instance one bag of screws is labeled “1” and another is labeled “01”, but the directions clearly state when to use 1 vs 01. There are so many parts and bags that it’s well worth the effort to check the inventory before starting assembly. I doubt the negative reviewer did that check. Took me over 3 hours to assemble the desk without help. I took my time and read the directions thoroughly. A lot of screws, types and sizes!! It is sturdy and well-made for the price. The frame is supportive in all the right places. The tabletop raises and lowers smoothly. A couple of other points that I like about the desk. The manufacturer has the vertical backsplash mounted an inch lower than the tabletop. I wondered why as I was assembling the desk. Well I found it was a handy feature to enable hiding wires. They also provided zip ties with adhesive to secure the hidden wires. A great table! Would have been perfect if they had supplied metal hanging hooks rather than the cheap plastic ones. I've only had for a week. I hope the desk performs well for a long time!

Looks great and relatively easy to put together, beware though of the screw type numbers because those messed us up in the beginning. Type “01” and “1” are different screws, so pay close attention which one it calls for! Same with 3 and 03. It also has wheels or stoppers for the bottom of the desk, which is nice to be able to choose.

I bought this to use as an art table. I want to be able to stand or sit while painting or doing other hobby work. My previous table was hard to raise and lower manually, so I just kept it at standing height all the time. This table raises and lowers very smoothly. I am much impressed with the quality of the construction and how the parts all lined up perfectly for assembly. One tiny caveat - I would guess that the lower shelf underneath might not hold a heavy load due to the way it is attached. The instructions were step by step pictures that were pretty clear, but I was really wishing for a youtube video to be sure I knew what I was doing. I switched which side the power would be on, and that required drilling three little holes to mount the controller on the other side. The desk did take me a long time to put together - probably because I don't do that sort of thing very often. I made a big mistake of using the wrong screws near the beginning and had to backtrack. There are screws labeled '01' and screws labeled '1' and I grabbed the 01's instead of the 1's or the other way around and didn't figure it out for quite a while, because those are both the same number in my head, lol. If they had been marked more distinctly, like 'A1' & 'B1' it would have been helpful. Now that it is all assembled, I am very happy with the appearance, features, and quality.
