This is a really nice guitar! All I've done is change the strings and adjust the action. I've got it to where it pretty much plays itself. I've been playing guitar for 47 years now and had never owned a Strat. My first guitar and the one I learned to play on was a Sears Silvertone acoustic, a real cow club! My second guitar was a green and black Dyko electric guitar. Then a friend of mine loaned me his Fender Musicmaster which I used for a couple of years. Then in 1982 or '83 I bought a used, black Vantage Avenger. I like the maple fretboard on the Vantage. That's actually a pretty good guitar, but something happened to the neck. One day while I was recording I had sat it on the computer chair while I adjusted some things on the mixer. I forgot it was there when I stepped a little too far backwards and bumped the chair, sending the guitar tumbling to the hardwood floor. It really hit hard and took a small gouge out of the neck. That was the only guitar I owned for the next twenty years, which is when I bought a Washburn D11N acoustic. A short time later I bought a Cool Copper color Danelectro U2 made in Korea around 1999. Those were my first brand new guitars. During COVID I bought a Firefly Aerosonic. I had to change the strings, adjust the truss rod, hammer in some loose frets, exchange the tuning keys with locking tuners, swap out the original bridge with a roll-o-matic bridge, set the intonation and string height and oil the fretboard. Plays great, but frets out at around the 13th and 14th fret on the A-string. In spite of that, I really like the Firefly. I really wish all of us who were learning to play when I was could have had guitars like the Fesley! I bought it here on Amazon earlier this month when it was on sale for $178.99. That's an incredible deal for what you get! Honestly, I don't know how on earth these smaller guitar companies are doing this; it's a serious instrument! I see no need to swap the pickups, the tuning keys are good and stable and the block on the bottom of the floating bridge is big! The finish is beautiful, and although the action was a bit high, it was playable right out of the box. I hope to get their Telecaster next!

This is the wife’s account, no matter. I can’t believe how nice this guitar is especially for the price, I paid $180 and it blows my mind. It has probably the most comfortable neck I think I’ve ever played. Its finish and appearance is outstanding. I finally plugged it into the Katana and the pickups sound pretty good also. It seems sooo easy to play and I own Gibsons Fenders. I haven’t done a setup yet but as nice as it plays I’m in no hurry. I was planning on modding this guitar but I don’t think it needs anything. I think I need to get the Tele version also. I’m glad I followed this impulse because so far I love this guitar

Truly surprised with the quality and tones of this guitar. I have close to 40 years of playing and guitar experience. I have quite a few in my collection, and they all cost double to 5X as much as this guitar. This guitar can hang with them all. The Wilkinson pick ups deliver quality tone in both single and humbucker design. I love the coil tap feature, it really brings out the great variability of the pick up tones. The neck feels really good, fret work was on point, and overall quality is amazing for the price. It's also got a cutaway on body where neck bolts on to reach higher notes easier, and the black color is a metallic black which I didn't notice in the first couple videos I saw and it wasn't mentioned. I didn't need another black strat so I was going to go burst, but once I realized it was metallic black I went black, and very glad I did. It looks great w roasted maple, quality pick guard, and great finish. The box looked like and accordion "shipping", and supplied cable was doa, but the guitar was in great shape with no issues. The dead cable had me scared for a minute, then I swiched cables and all was awesome. I have played everything from festivals, to just performing for the other bands in the club, and I wouldn't hesitate to whip this guitar out at any. It's so well done I am thinking of trying out the telecaster version also. Intonation was good to go, action slightly high out the box for me, but easily adjusted. Well done Fesley, I am am truly amazed and surprised at what I got for my money. Keep up the great work.

I bought this for my husband and for $200 this is an absolute great deal!! It was very well packaged! On first inspection, the finish was flawless. It's beautiful to look at! Very well done! There's a lot of attention to the small details to make it stand out. While the electronics might not be the greatest compared to a high-end guitar, they are fantastic for the price point. There are no sharp edges on any of the frets at all! Everything was solidly constructed with no loose parts or fittings or anything like that, everything was very well executed. It's actually quite surprisingly weighty but balanced very well. It's a great neck, a little chunkier than like an Ibanez wizard neck etc but still very comfortable. It's just a really good guitar! The only negative for me personally was that I wanted to lower the string action after first playing it BUT with the tools that were included with the guitar it literally only took seconds to adjust it to my preference. I'm replacing the strings but again, that's just my preference. The gig bag is even decent, and the instrument cable is good quality and better than any other ones that are typically included. I really don't think you can beat this deal at this price point. Highly recommend!!!!
