The media could not be loaded. These stools are great! Very comfortable, perfect for counter height, the do not hit the counter when turning, they swivel, they are very sturdy (my husband is a big guy), and they match my espresso color cabinets perfectly. They were very easy to assemble in very minimal time. We did have a problem with one of the foot attachments, there were no threads to screw it in. I had put these together late at night so I emailed the company expecting to get a reply the next day or so. Within a few minutes I had a reply with an apology and a promise that replacements would be sent. And within a couple of days it arrived. EXCELLENT customer service!! When I saw the HEAVY sticker on our shipping box, I knew we had gotten quality bar stools! And YES. They are heavy and sturdy, yet great looking. We just renovated our kitchen and these stools help us modernize the look. The backs are a little lower than I expected, but actually ideal so that when you SWIVEL (I needed this for my legs and ease of getting on and off), the backs fit right under the countertop. I am really happy with my purchase of 2 swivel counter stools with the exception of one set of missing parts the leg levelers for one of the stools were missing tried contacting Amazon to no avail Am going to try contacting seller later today time zone issue to see if they are able to replace leg levelers tried using their web page but it said under construction??????? Will try and find after market levelers on line or hardware store because we are really pleased with tools but don’t want to damage my floors Ps 02/27/2024 Emailed vender about replacing gliders so far absolutely no response this disappoints me but don’t want to disassemble and try and rebox stools just for 4 small pieces again didn’t get any help from Amazon so I guess I’m stuck trying to find right sized threaded floor gliders elsewhere 03/07/2024 still waiting for missing parts from vender ... show more
