  • Beautiful!
I've only had this bass for a couple of days, but I'm in love. I am getting back into bass after years of not playing.. so I'm not really playing so much as I am re-learning at the moment! I have no complaints, just having tons of fun with it. and it is gorgeous. 😊

  • You have to treat every bass with dignity and respect.
The bass is beautiful. Fret ends are smooth, the neck is straight, smooth, and fast, the body is flawless, the hardware are solid. The controls and tones are versatile IMHO. Weight a bit heavy (which I like). However, it's hard to play since the action is very high. At first I thought some basic adjustments, which I did with my other basses, would fix it. Then I looked harder. They just forgot to file the nut. See the pic. This job is not for an amateur like me. I can take it to a luthier to have it fixed, but should I?? There are three Fender people signed on the QC tab. None of them did their job properly, I believe. Yes, I'm upset. "With great power comes great responsibility." You have to treat every bass with dignity and respect. This bass deserves better. ... show more
