Product was easy to use and I had done a differnt test from Verisana that worked well. However, this recent test has yet to give results. After inquiery I was told the results were repeatedly delayed by about a month and then when the were "ready" nothing was available to view. Despite requesting new links and resetting passwords, still no results. Still waiting on responses to text and phone messages regarding results. ... show more

Verisana’s Female Hormone Test allowed me to monitor my hormone levels and the impacts they have on my health. Compared to other hormone tests, I like how this one uses saliva, as other types of samples can skew the results. Further, the test should be taken within a specific time during one’s cycle, which also ensures the results are accurate. After COVID-19, there have been increased wait times to be seen by doctors, especially specialists, which is why Verisana’s at-home testing kits are so convenient. This test is very easy to do. Make sure to read the requirements of the test ahead of time in order to follow the instructions, which work to yield accurate results. Also, be sure to avoid consuming certain foods (dairy, meat, etc.) that can impact hormone levels, thus skewing the results. By testing 1) Progesterone, 2) Estradiol, 3) DHEA, 4) Cortisol, and 5) Testosterone, one will be able to have a better picture of their health and how hormone levels align with symptoms.
