I got my test quickly and sent it back within a couple days. The instructions were easy to follow. The portal was easy to register for. Even though it was during the Christmas holidays, I got my results in just over a week (7 business days). The results are detailed and contain good descriptions of my hormone health. I got the test no problem. Completed the test and sent to the company. Never got results and there’s been zero follow up. Don’t bother buying from this company. It’s a waste of money.

Due to COVID-19, it has been hard to see a doctor and get a regular checkup, which is why I was interested in at home hormone test really stuck out to me. The kit is nicely designed and comes with 3 testing tubes, three straws, and three labels. I found the instructions simple and easy to follow. After doing some research, the company, Verisana, has made a few different hormone kits and the testing seems to be held to a higher quality in Germany. Although it was a bit of an inconvenience to send my samples over to Germany via mail, my results came back relatively quickly and with lots of in-depth information. it's great to have access to these test and not having to make an appointment with the doctor, go to the lab getting it done, back to the doctor, etc. to make sure how your hormones are doing at a certain time of the month; its great to be able to do it without all the hassle. This test is very simple and it comes with instructions for all of the situations women are going thru, just have to put your name and fill a tube then send it to them with a pre-paid label that comes in the box, easy. ... show more
