0 for customer support Had my first for a few months, started having issues.Wouldn't read any of my wands that I would buy?Tried to buy two different packs of wands. Get another one works for about two months. It would read the ultra 4 ones that I had bought for it. So I had to go buy another pack of just the max wands looks for updates tried to contact customer support to get them to help me update it or figure it out why it wouldn't read the better wands. Nothing then Suddenly, yesterday without dropping it, no water, nothing has happened to either of them or any damage. Won't turn on. So start trying to contact customer support again. After the hundreds of dollars that I have spent on this project. Trying to get pregnant. They are delaying it and causing me not to be able to figure out my ovulation, because they can't get back to anybody. They can't just make a simple phone call to you so I would highly advise picking a different fertility tracker. Because if you can't get the customer support that you need to help you figure out when your machine's not working. That's just so much time you are wasting on getting pregnant. Don't do it i'm furious 😖
