Really impressed with the device so far. I tried a similar product from another brand before, and I already like that Mira works as a separate device instead of something I have to attach to my phone. It feels much more convenient and polished. The device itself looks sleek and high quality, and the whole setup feels very thoughtfully designed. Got the device and sticks super quickly! Downloaded app and currently started monitoring my fertility. What I can say: female health in good hands. Stylish device for such a delicate topic in a cute case. More updates after a few tests! But I feel extremely positive about this product

I’ve had a great experience with the Mira Ultra4 monitor so far. It’s straightforward to use, and the hormone tracking provides much more detail than standard ovulation tests. The app is intuitive and helps make sense of the data in a way that actually feels useful. It’s been a valuable tool for understanding my cycle better. Definitely worth it!

I was originally turned on to Mira devices under the recommendation of my OB to help track my hormones while trying to get pregnant and to figure out why I was having chemical pregnancies. Originally I had to buy two sets of wands every 1-2 months and take 2 tests every day and even then I was still missing some potentially helpful info because I did not want to spend the extra $$ on the third set of testing wands. So, in comes the Ultra4. The Ultra 4 tracks all 4 hormones you want to monitor when trying to get pregnant. Its easy. it comes its own easy to use, washable cup to pee in. You just stick it in for the designated time, and then cap it and insert it into the Mira and wait for the Mira to test the results and upload them to the app! Easy and much faster than the original two wands! My biggest issue with the Mira however and the Ultra4 tester wands is that sometimes my Mira errors out. Is it the Mira device or the wands? idk. but if it gives you an error it still marks the wand as "read" and you have to use another one to get the same day tests done. To me this is a waste and kind of annoying. also...means you need to wait to dispose of your pee cup until you know for sure the date uploaded successfully. Now overall I would say I only got the error once or twice a month. So not the worst, but I see the $$ it costs me to take the extra tests when 1 box is supposed to last a whole cycle. Overall I still think the Mira is a great fertility tracking tool to have. Especially if you are trying to figure out your cycle, and especially if you are TTC and having unknown/seemingly random chemical pregnancies.

An absolute game-changer! Unlike cheap paper strips with faint lines, Mira gives exact numeric hormone values (LH, PdG, E3G, FSH) on one wand. The app is highly intuitive and charts everything automatically. It takes the stress and guesswork out of tracking. Worth every penny for clinical accuracy. Highly recommend.

I have been using this product for 1 month, it is easy to use, the app looks great, but you can’t log a pregnancy for better accuracy on the data and there is no costumer service at all! The results may look not as realizable as I thought, it may not be that sensitive those wands I encounter it to be pretty expensive

My cycles are all over the place, so regular OPKs never really worked for me. I’d either miss the surge or stare at faint lines for days wondering what was happening. This is the first tracker that’s actually worked. Getting data on more than just LH means I’m not guessing at the window anymore. Last cycle it caught an ovulation that strips definitely would’ve missed. I’m really glad I tried it.!
