The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Mira Fertility Tracker for nearly a year and want to strongly caution anyone considering this product. I initially chose Mira because it seemed like the most advanced, data-driven fertility tracking system available. In reality, it has been one of the most frustrating and expensive experiences I’ve ever had with a health device. Over the past year, I’ve spent well over $1,000 on the device and the required testing wands combined. Each box of wands is costly, and because the readings are often unreliable or the device malfunctions, you end up burning through them quickly with little to show for it. I am now on my second replacement device, and once again, it has failed—same errors, same “glitches,” same unresponsiveness, despite following every troubleshooting workaround Mira recommends. Customer service is another major issue. There is no direct support line—everything happens through slow, repetitive email exchanges. After days of back-and-forth, I was told (again) that my device was defective and that a replacement would be shipped. A week later, a package arrived—containing only wands, not the replacement device. So here I am, missing yet another cycle because of equipment failure and logistical errors. Even when the device does function, the data itself is questionable. Since Mira switched to the new “Ultra” wands, my hormone readings have been wildly inconsistent. I’ve been tracking side-by-side with verified lab testing at a fertility clinic, and the Mira readings simply don’t align with actual hormone levels. This isn’t a small calibration issue—it’s a systemic one. After nearly a year of effort, expense, and missed cycles, I’ve come to believe this product is deeply flawed and poorly managed. The quality control is nonexistent, the customer support structure is opaque, and the company’s business model seems designed to keep users buying more wands rather than improving reliability. For a product marketed to women trying to conceive—an already emotional and high-stakes process—this lack of accountability feels predatory. I’m sharing this so others don’t waste their time, money, or hope. Mira markets itself as medical-grade, but in my experience, it is anything but. There are far more reliable ways to track your fertility than this device.

I have been using this product for 1 month, it is easy to use, the app looks great, but you can’t log a pregnancy for better accuracy on the data and there is no costumer service at all! The results may look not as realizable as I thought, it may not be that sensitive those wands I encounter it to be pretty expensive

This little monitor is amazing. I wish I found it sooner. I’d been to three different gynecologists and had two different trans vaginal ultrasounds before I finally got the care I needed. Womens healthcare is so broken and unfortunately this process is all about advocating for yourself in these appointments. If I had a print out of these charts early on, I wouldn’t have to feel crazy when they ran bloodwork ONCE and told me I was fine. Do yourself a favor, get this and give your gyno real evidence of what’s going on with your hormones.
