I found it somewhat complicated to use even after thoroughly reading the instructions and getting it set up. I don't like that it also wants you to use an accompanying app to get the best results but its more so used for the facial tracking features rather than the stabilization itself. While the product is made out of high quality materials and feels very sturdy and stable especially in tripod mode, I don't think this is something I would use beyond special occasions as the stabilization in my phone is good enough on its own.

Whatever you do DO NOT UPDATE THE APP on your phone! Before installing any app on my phone I read the reviews and almost every one of these said the updates cause the gimbal to not work. The original base app works fine for recording etc. I only used my phones camera and not the software that comes w/ this devise and it still worked fine. I'm not excited about the privacy policy so when I was done using the gimbal I deleted the app. Other than the app the gimbal is nice and works pretty good but who knows how long the app will be available, without it its unusable.

This so cool and works as intended. I used this on a recent trip and i got a lot of great footage with it. It isn't difficult to use this and wasn't in the way at all! It's exactly what i was looking for for my trip. It's pretty compact too and that was even better so it fit in my bag.

The speed of delivery was amazing however, the product is useless. I read the instructions before use and made sure the gimbal was fully charged and it does not operate as advertised or theorized. The place that holds the phone is loose and does not stay upright as stated in owner manual and when I tried to use on a photo shoot, it was moving backwards and not allowing me to keep the subject I was filming in focus or in frame at all. This was the lower priced gimbal and I see why; it is not a quality product. Not easy to use and no real troubleshooting tips given at all.
