Accuracy isn't the best. Bought 2 one for me and my wife. I still wear mine; she doesn't wear hers. 1. Our steps are not accurate. 2. It keeps turning on phone mode when we don't want to use it, forcing us to turn off Bluetooth. 3. A small jolt on the knob changes the watch face when we don't want it to. I wish there was an option to lock the watch face. When you try to activate the google assistance from the watch, you have to have the phone out of your pocket in order to speak to the Google Assistance, defeats the purpose. It's like it doesn't use the watch mic only the phone mic. Those are the 4 main issues we have with this watch. We love the brand as we had 2 of same brand, but this specific model doesn't work the greatest. If they can have an update for this watch to fix these 4 issues it would be the best watch for your money. I wear mine because of the cool features. I've learned to adjust to the 4 issues this watch lacks and annoys us. One of the features I liked, the watch knows I answer via phone so speaker and mic on phone is what it goes to instead of the watch. If I answer via watch, it activates the watch speaker and mic. However, it has to switch back and forth from watch to phone to figure it out, probably the bug from number 2 I stated above. Please fix the 4 issues. Me and my husband both got one my first one came and it looked like it was used so I ended up getting a replacement one sent to me and I returned the one that look like it was being used but after I received my new one I started using it I love it there's just some minor things that I would be aware of like there is no screen protectors that I have found that actually fit the screen I've had to buy bigger ones and cut them down but there are a lot of bands that you can buy that fit this watch screen I also found out that sometimes your steps might not be accurate due to the fact that if you're just moving the hand that the watch is on it might pick up your hand just moving and not just the steps and when it comes to the sleep I've only used it a couple times sleeping because I don't like stuff on my hand when I'm sleeping but my husband has and it's off and on I mean sometimes it says he only gets two hours of good sleep and I think it's a little off I don't know if it's accurate same goes for pretty much anything that you try that's health related you're going to get an idea estimate but not probably your accurate estimate but my favorite part is where I can receive my calls and text messages on my watch which is great when I'm driving it's like hands-free I can talk and if I'm not near my phone and someone texts me I can look at my watch and see what it is and who it is by just the number and not have to go find my phone right away. So for the price of this watch I would say it is a good buy but don't take the information that it give you is right on because it's not, I have noticed it is off on my BM your BMI and my sleep and steps they might be close to being accurate but I would say you still have to be sure that it is a watch on your hand it is not a blood pressure cuff it is not anything that doctors with what the doctors uses so you have to take the good in with the bad but yes I do recommend this watch it is a good watch and it has a lot of features on it. ... show more

    • Does Mostly What is Advertised - Updated Post at the End
Here are some pros and cons that I've found with this item so far: Pros: Large Face, easy to read Multiple useful features such as sleep tracking, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure Customizable face You can make phone calls and read messages on the watch Step count and vital metrics were fairly accurate Cons: The band was kinda wonky and difficult to figure out how to wear at first. The band I got was not the same band that was in the picture I saw with two bands to hold in. It wasn't until I saw another watch with a similar band that I figured it out. Once I figured out how the band goes, it actually was pretty nice. The activity trackers were waaaaay off, at least for me. For walking, it recorded that I walked twice as far and a heart rate 20% higher than actual. It didn't matter what I put in as my stride, it recorded the same distance. I tried different stride lengths and got the exact same result. For cycling, it was the opposite. It recorded half the calories I should be burning and the heart rate was 20% less than actual. However, knowing this, I have been able to make calculations and find usability. Other people may not have this problem. Sleep tracker was a bit off, too, and often had me falling asleep too early and listing me as being in "light" sleep when I was actually awake. But still gave me a general idea about how I sleep. So, overall, if you're looking for a basic smart watch with some fun features, this may work for you. Update: My original purchase watch had a problem while it was under warranty. However, they promptly replaced the watch with a new one. The new watch is much more accurate and efficient. I give them 5 stars for the replacement and customer service. ... show more

I do not recommend this watch. I gave it to my sister for her birthday. The watch is glitchy it changes times and faces often. Can't use it to make or receive calls.
