Hey ladies, Let me start by saying that these are PERFECT for post op tummy tuck. I also had liposuction on my flanks, and a mons lift and reduction. I am 5’1 and 150 lbs (I weighed this much before the surgery and I currently still weigh this much because I’m still swollen four weeks postop) I have a large booty and I fit perfectly in the XS/S. They do not roll down, they have a grip across the front and the back which holds nicely in place on your skin. There’s 2 bones on the front and back too but they are not irritating . They offer nice support and keep my tummy feeling tight and compressed. I do wear my compression binder over these for extra compression. Like I said, I am not a skinny girl. I have a body with a booty and I was able to fit in these comfortably. I keep them on 24/7 and they feel SO good. I will say I did purchase the medium as well to compare the two sizes and I ended up returning the medium. I felt more comfortable in the smaller size for that extra compression support.
