    • Worst Hair Ever!! DO NOT BUY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET
I have purchased these same exact hair bundles 2 years ago, and I loved it. No complaints. I decided to recently re purchase the same exact ones due to my past experience with them. Again because I loved how they looked. This time I am so disappointed and frustrated with what I received. When you wash the hair its great, less than an hr after it dries, it is the most ugliest, messy, dry, knotted, clumpy hair I have ever seen. It took me close to 45 minutes to just maintain and brush out the hair. I have to keep brushing the hair until its not knotted. I also used deep conditioner and I put leave in conditioner and still it looks a complete mess after less then an hour. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND THE COMPANY IS NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU IN NO WAY! Right now for the past two weeks I have been trying too see what can be done about it. I get a reply once a day and nothing has been solved. I was told to return the hair for full refund, then they switched up and told me I can't return but they can give me back $10 refund, mind you I paid $156 and I only used the hair once, where as the last ones I purchased I re used them more than 4 times. Then they proceed to tell me I can return the hair, which I have to pay shipping, and I am still not guarantee a refund. Unbelievable and Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Hair did look & feel a bit weird when I took out the bag but once I washed & conditioned the hair it was nice & soft with beautiful curls. Does get puffy when it dries but I don’t mind that. Matches my hair texture well. Applied a little mouse. No shedding after a week in!

I ordered the #4 hair color and this hair is beautiful. It did have the usual smell but I washed it in fabric softener and it was gone. Absolutely beautiful color!! Wish they had this color in a deep wave since my natural curl isn't as curly as "kinky." I can't believe the color matched exactly to my box dyed hair color for my leave out! At first, I was very pleased with the color, which matched my hair perfectly. The texture was good and curled nicely on the 1st day. After 1-2 weeks, this hair was a absolute nightmare! It matted and tangled.... and does not hold at all when using bonding glue. The tracks slide right down your hair. I missed a day of work because I had to get this outta my hair! The hair is nice but I ordered 3 bundles: Same bundle with Quantity of 3 and each was delivered separately a week a part. It took 3 weeks to receive all 3 bundles that I ordered as a multiple quantity of the same item. I paid for 22" and the hair was obviously no more than 18". Even pulled it was 18" and not 22". This hair matches my natural hair color very well. It’s very hard to find bundles especially curly with a color 4 on it, I got the 18inch in the photos for this review and reordered the 24 inch because I really enjoyed the style. The merchants are very responsive to emails and questions. They are also very friendly. I am not disappointed with my order. I would just say to give extra maintenance and moisture to curly bundles. Take care of the hair and be gentle and you could get some good uses out of it. Will add pictures of the 24 inch when I get it ... show more
