It’s real feathers on the inside. I bought 2 in the twin to make the king size. Glad we have our own and aren’t fighting for covers. Super comfortable, lightweight enough to be warm but not too cool. We have seen all the seasons before I left this review and they are easy to put together and wash. Only complaint is they only have the corner loops and not in the middle of each side as well. I needed a lightweight, cooling and fluffy comforter for the summer. This was the perfect choice! Well Worth the price! Quality material! Perfect for the warmer months~ material is smooth and won’t stick to you. Also holds its fluffy shape nicely. Thick enough for winter too- I add a fuzzy blanket between me and the comforter when it’s cold out to keep me cozy. This material does get and stay cool. I have washed and dried it in warm water and on low heat, several times since I’ve owned it.. (3 months ) and it’s holding up very well. Impressive stitching. I plan to buy another one, just to have it as a back up while this one is in the wash.. Came in a pretty box~ would make a nice housewarming gift! ... show more

If I could have figured out how to box this king-size fluffball back up, I probably would have returned it. This is the loudest down comforter I've ever experienced. It sounds like someone sewed in a layer of brown paper bag within it. Everytime we roll over or adjust beneath it it sounds so loud. Really trying to figure out wth could be making that much noise.. Aren't feathers supposed to be quiet? Pros: It's really f'n warm. If you're living in Alaska or northern US, you might enjoy sweating to death beneath this thing. ... show more

BEWARE this is fluffy at first , but once you wash it it has the worst gross smell ever ! I’ve washed it 3 times and it’s still has that same smell , I’m sure from all the feathers . tried to contact seller about this and nothing . hate to throw something new away but it seems I can’t return it and can’t stand the smell ... show more
