I just turned 46 and have recently started using red light therapy. I have a LED mask but sometimes I get claustrophobic and wanted to try this device as an alternative. The Hello Face FDA Cleared Red Light Therapy for Face and Neck has 4 different LED light types and a larger surface area than most LED devices. The device feels well made and is great quality. Setup is incredibly easy and versatile. The light panel has velcro that you attach to included pieces to make it stand in a half circle. Then it is as easy as lying under the lights. This device also includes a timer which I like to set for 20 minutes at which point the device turns itself off. I always use the red and IR light mode to help with collagen production and wrinkles. What’s great about this device is that you can also use it on other body parts like your back, neck, legs and hands. I haven’t used it on any other body part but like that I have the option to. I use my Hello Face FDA Cleared Red Light Therapy for Face and Neck 5 times a week and have seen small improvements in my skin. With consistency and time I am hoping to see it more noticeable results. I think that this red light therapy device is a great option for those that don’t like a mask type device and think that the price is a great value for the money.

I absolutely love red light therapy and I have several devices that target different areas of the body including a full facial mask which can be very uncomfortable to wear. This device by HelloFace is perfectly designed for the entire head and neck area and the rest of your body. It can be shaped like a tunnel over the head which makes it's so much more relaxing, like time spent at the spa. And, if you're looking to use this red light therapy device for more than rejuvenating your tired complexion, you can! You can curve it over arms and legs, use the adjustable straps to wrap it snugly, or just lay it down flat to help ease aches and pains in any area of the body. This red light unit is wired, not cordless, and is connected through USB-C. It has an easy to use remote so you are not fumbling for buttons on the device itself. There are four different light modes, including infrared, and 4 preset timers up to 20 minutes with an auto shut off. You'll need to wear goggles for laying under this one and they are included. Red light definitely works effectively if you give it a chance. The changes are not instantly noticeable but over time with consistency you will see results. The best thing about this particular red light device is that it is made well. It’s also FDA cleared and priced affordably given its versatility. This is a great way to try the various benefits of red light therapy without having to buy multiple devices or breaking the bank.

Unlike my red light therapy face mask, which can sometimes feel suffocating, however, this design offers proper airflow, allowing me to breathe comfortably while keeping my skin free from humidity caused by my own breath. It is fairly easy to set up and use. I usually use it during meditation or prayer, so staying in one spot isn’t an issue. The mask provides full coverage for the face and neck, and can also be laid flat for use on other body parts. I’ve found it especially useful for targeting my feet and legs. It features four light modes, three power levels, and four timer options (ranging from 5 to 20 minutes), plus a memory function that resumes your previous settings upon startup. Safety is another highlight: it’s equipped with an 8-stage temperature control system and a honeycomb structure to prevent direct contact with the LED bulbs. Additionally, there’s a 10-second buffer with a beep before activation. For facial treatments, protective goggles must be worn. This isn’t a device for instant results—it recommends usage 3–5 times a week, and it may take a few months to see noticeable improvements. However, the price point for the function and quality is reasonable compared to what I paid for my mask, and it offers the flexibility to target multiple areas and concerns effectively. It is portable but may not be the best option depending on your type of travel. I would probably take my wand or mask with me if I were flying.

I wasn't sure what to think of this unit at first and was a little discouraged, but after trying it a few different ways, I am loving it. This is made well and is durable despite being fragile at the same time. You do need to be careful with the little lights. I like that the remote does not take batteries and I can plug the adapter into it and the unit. I really like that I can wrap this around something or let it hover over me. I got this more for migraine and body pain relief than skincare and it is truly helping me. I have an autoimmune condition that causes migraines and all over pain sometimes and a red light therapy wand I had was helping a bit but does not cover enough area. With this I can put my head, neck and upper shoulders under the light and that is where most of my pain is. The first few times I tried it, I didn't get much relief but I was not using it right. Now I can tell it is working for me. It is easy to set up and easy to store and is a great addition to my health care kit. I do believe it is improving my skin, especially the inflammation despite my wanting to use it for other purposes. I am very happy with it and wanted to give it some time before reviewing.

Completely ineffective! After using it for over a month, there was no improvement in the skin, and the LED light was particularly glaring, making it uncomfortable to wear goggles. Intelligent control is also not user-friendly. Temperature control is useless, the face mask will get hot, and the light distribution is not even. Poor quality, one row of LEDs doesn't light up after five uses.
